I just took my first shower with this shower system and had to write a review. It’s FANTASTIC. I thought for the price I was making a mistake (and who knows, it was only my first shower), but it was luxurious. There was plenty of pressure, even with the diameter of the shower head (and boy, was I skeptical). Plus, because of the separate knob to select spigot/shower/sprayer, you can just shut off the water while you lather up. The sprayer has some serious power and is a bit of a learning curve. Pro Tip: put the selector knob back to the faucet setting when you’re done with it or the next time you turn it on, you will be in for a surprise (especially if you’ve got it set to cold 😂). The plumbing seemed more complex with the separate fixtures (rather than them running off the faucet) but it’s totally worth it. I’ll update if anything comes up. Oh, plus it’s a gorgeous system for a budget reno!

The pressure is amazing, and I love being able to switch between the regular shower head and the handheld wand, especially for rinsing my hair or cleaning the shower & washing the dog. Installation was super easy, and I did it myself in under 15 minutes. It looks sleek, feels high quality, and honestly makes me look forward to my showers even more. I paired it with a second matching shower head and it was the perfect finishing touch to my solid black bathroom! Highly recommend if you’re wanting a little upgrade without the price tag!

We redid our bathroom and wanted a spa experience for our shower. Based on reviews here, we bought this system and could not be happier! Fabulous water pressure (especially from the shower handheld), sleek design, and easy functionality. Great value compared to other brands that were 3x as much. I look forward to showering and probably shower too long thanks to this system. Highly recommend.

The only problem is that there is no hot-cold indication on the shower handle, so it's not super convenient in the guest bathroom when a new person is using it for the first time.

I purchased this for a master bath renovation. The moment I saw it installed, I was very impressed. Nothing cheap about it. The handheld wand is solid and honest lo y could be used as a weapon if any intruders surprise you while you're in the shower. I wish the water pressure was a little better and I've noticed that my pressure is slowly getting lower. Water isn't coming out of the top two rows of the showerhead, but this may be an easy fix. Overall, it's a good product.

Installed in new shower. Looks awesome. Shower head provides plenty of water and the faucet allows for quick, easy adjustment.

This was way better than expected. The installation was super smooth. The way the valve has the plastic cover on it to protect it during tiling, the template, the hookups. It is a solid unit. Only thing I don't like is that it moves a ton of water quickly, I never have it fully on as it seems like it is a river. You could easily put a flow valve behind the shower head. I decided to super-glue about 1/2 of the little grey water outlets on the head, and that helped a lot. But I love this thing. The wand is great, everything is solid, no leaks.

After 5 years, it has not held up well. The black finish has worn off a number of parts, and the diverter valve is broken due to a cracked low-quality plastic component that leaks water through the shower head even when the wand is on. I tried to contact the company for information on a replacement via Amazon and their main website and never received a response. This is the kind of hardware that’s difficult or impossible to replace outside of a remodel, so it’s critical to have parts available. Disappointing.

Very nice set. Large surface area for the faucet but doesn’t decrease the water pressure. You can also have the shower head still on while using the handheld. Only used twice so far but very pleased!
