It´s a full set: 10 strings in 5 courses.

Q: Are these glossy black?

They are white. My husband says they are a good buy and is happy with them.

Q: Can they be used on a Ronroco?

No. they cannot. Ronroco needs thicker and harder strings. This manufacturer should have strings for ronroco as well.

Q: Which string goes where?

The skinniest string is either 5 or 1 That being said The skinniest should be on the bottom if your holding the instrument as if you were going to play it thenJust follow the color coatings system they have in place
