No inception mode :(
Delivery was as described (one day) but this gimbal in no way has the inception mode which is why i bought it frop the beginning. I'm dispointed as it's mentionned "inception mode"I' just opened it but i think i will sell it somewhere as second hand, as it's of no use to me now. :(

I like it but...
I like it because it's very compact and light weight compare to the old ones. I don't like that in the all lock mode it doesn't keep it at one position it still has a small movement either tilting up and down or panning which is very annoying.

Not upto expectations
Bought the product based on the 4plus rating as seen in Amazon and other portals.The first challenge I noticed with the device is the weight. It is very heavy and will be a bit difficult to handle.Next issue was with the application. The Hohem application did not connect to my Huawei Nova 7 I and my Redmi Note 5 pro phones.The instruction manual is not very easy to understand.PositivesIf the weight is not an issue it is very easy to handle.The stand that comes along with it is very useful.

UPGRADED TO 5 STAR: Bluetooth is not working. Contacting Tech Support
5 STAR UPGRADE: I'm going from 3 to 5 stars based on Hohem Tech Support. Because they are in China, it takes about 12-15 hours to get a reply which is not bad. When I woke up, their suggestions to get me up and running were in my in-box.If you're having issues with getting the bluetooth light to be solid blue on the actual unit and for it to connect to the Gimbal App... here is what they had me do and it worked for me. I'm now using the unit with great success:Tech Support Reply:1, Please make sure the bluetooth of smartphone is available and enabled and note that the bluetooth should be connected directly on the App. [Bluetooth was on but was not connecting to the App.]2, When installing the App, please make sure all the permission are allowed before accessing the App at the first time. [I went into settings on my phone to make sure the permissions were OK. I added one for "phone" The others were already checked]3.Also, please check if the GPS location is turned on. [Not sure why this is NOT in their manual but once I turned this on and then opened the Gimbal App on my phone, it seemed to cure the issue.][Original 3 out of 5 review below]1st my issue, then I'll go over some initial pro's and con's. I am really excited about this equipment and I hope the seller will show me an easy fix to the BlueTooth connectivity issue. So far, other than the bluetooth which is a major feature for me, the iSteadyMobile + is working well.Just opened the box after arriving right on time. Definitely a quality unit. All the equipment and 2 cases were better than anticipated. Setup was tricky until I decided to let YouTube show me the way. It's easy once you see how it's done. You'll never figure it out by their written instructions. Also, forget calling Tech Support. You have to call China and I wasn't about to log those cost on my bill. [There's a US # you can call but good luck getting any one] I did email both the seller as well as the manufacturer so we'll see how that goes. I'll update my stars and comments upon a resolutionI do a few YouTube videos for my marketing and I wanted a way of shooting my video while having the camera following me. I only move a few feet left or right as I film. This looked to be just what I needed however, it appears that in order for the face following to work, you have to stand in front of the camera while someone tapes on that feature while it locks in your face. (((Uggg))) I'm still playing with it and I'm hoping I can sort this issue out on my own.Other than these couple of challenges, I'm optimistic I can make this equipment work.Will keep you posted as to how Tech Support responds.
