Been struggling with flaky and itchy scalp for awhile and had change up my hair products ASAP so I gave this a go. Both have natural, almost minty scent which I like. Tried the shampoo and so far, it’s amazing! it’s has considerably decreased my dandruff. I usually see flakes while styling my hair which was always so annoying but I’m so so glad it made such a difference! it’s not 100% gone but its certainly way less! my scalp felt so clean & refreshed too. For the serum, its a lifesaver! i love the applicator of this, lets you easily apply on yours roots. It has a cooling effect when applied which helped a lot with itchyness right away. Might need to try their conditioner soon!

I love this product. I do not like to wash my hair every day, but I also have a dry scalp. I massage this into my scalp between washes and it controls itch and flakes. It doesn't smell like anything and just works like a dream.

Best serum I've found for seborrheic dermatitis scalp itch. It only works for like half a day, but it doesn't leave my hair looking greasy, and the smell is nice. It is expensive, but I got it discounted on Prime Day.

My scalp for some reason, got really dry this winter and became extremely itchy. I searched online for a product that could not only help but was free of chemicals and cruelty free. This product popped up and seemed to check off everything I was looking for. It is definitely not the cheapest thing out there, but it WORKS! The cream is a little on the thicker side but it’s so easy to apply. It’s a dark gray which reminds me of the volcanic ash that it’s in it. To use it, all you do is apply some to your hands and massage it into your scalp. Then get a little more and put it in the rest of your hair. Set a timer for five minutes and then you’re good to rinse. The first time I used this, I didn’t even have the shampoo and conditioner that pairs along with this product and I still saw a huge difference. My scalp felt so moisturized and wasn’t itchy anymore. My hair, OMG my hair was so soft. My boyfriend who never even notices anything, commented on how flowy my hair looked after using this product. I was sold. I ordered the shampoo and conditioner as well and have been using all three. This is definitely a product that is worth its price and that I will highly recommend!

I had high hopes for this serum, and while it does provide some relief, it’s not quite the game-changer I expected. On the positive side, the texture is lightweight and absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy residue. The ingredients feel high-quality, and I appreciate that it’s sulfate-free and cruelty-free. It has a clean scent that isn’t overwhelming, which makes it easy to use daily. That said, the results were mixed. It helped reduce itching somewhat, but it didn’t fully clear up my dandruff or dry patches. For the price point, I expected more consistent results. Also, the bottle is on the smaller side, so it doesn’t last very long if you’re applying regularly. Overall, it’s decent for mild scalp irritation and dryness, but if you have a more persistent dandruff issue, it may not be strong enough on its own.

I have eczema on my scalp which itches almost every day, this is one of the only things I have found that works within an hour of application. It also helps with the flakiness in patches that are very visible. It is a little bit expensive but in my opinion totally worth it and works great for me. I try to use it only when it's super bad so one bottle lasts me about 1-2 months depending on how bad my flair ups are. It doesn't leave any residue or makes my hair oily. I highly recommend!

Let me start by saying I don’t write reviews, but this stuff is worth the time. I wanted to wait a couple weeks after getting it and using it so that I wasn’t jumping the gun on my opinion. I’ve had scalp issues—itching, dryness, flaking— for as long as I can remember. I’ve tried everything from natural remedies to prescription strength and nothing worked. I did find temporary relief from Head & Shoulders, but I hated using it because I noticed more hair would fall out in the shower when I used it. I went into Jupiter with hopeful skepticism because I saw the reviews. I decided to try the serum before spending money on the shampoo and conditioner. After a couple weeks this stuff has given me a new scalp. It rejuvenates my scalp and hair every time I use it. It doesn’t leave it oily at all. I have relatively thick and wavy hair that I used to go three to four days without washing and now I can easily go 5 days. I used to get bad itching after sweating at the gym (the sweat would dry and create irritation) and even that has subsided. I can only speak for my experience but this stuff is absolutely worth the money. Easy to apply. The smell is nice but very subtle. So glad I went for it. I’m sure I will be purchasing other Jupiter products in the future.
