I ordered this version of the music box because it looked like a higher quality than some of the others (which had the same basic design). This did not disappoint - it's adorable, has cute little features, and is very well made. It's a gift for a dear BFF who sews professionally - I can't wait to see how she likes it!

Exactly as pictured, great quality, real wood not plastic like most others on Amazon. (FYI, to tell the difference between all the listings on Amazon, is that this wood one has a drawer with two drawer pulls and does not open. On the cheap plastic ones the drawer has a single bar across it and does open.) Very intricate, definitely worth the money. My 66 year old mother absolutely loved it. It is an exact replica of the sewing machine her grandmother had when she was a girl. Definitely highly recommend.

I gave this for a gift to a friend who loves to sew.the foot pedal and the thimble move slightly.music box played well. It was wood so I guess the price was fair. It was light weight not to heavy.its small in size but it was enjoyable and nice.its brown in color
