These are somewhat bulky and hard to hide under clothes so if you don't mind them showing then they're great. Extremely sturdy and comfortable. I bought one for each knee and they are so helpful.

I love the support and over clothes it is fantastic and well worth the money as well made. On skin not so comfortable as rubs and slips unless really tight. I am impressed with the quality though and would reccomend it.

Ok so this brace is ok it does help alot but the knee part isn't as snug as I'd like it but in fairness the quality is amazing and the velcro is strong and I do like it. Does it stabilize my patella? Not as much as I'd hoped but it still does support me after my knee out so I'm happy with it for now

Straps worse than a rubic cube to get correct

A bit of trial to fasten and unfasten as the Velcro is ( necessarily) very strong. However, it gave much needed support for my very painful knee, made a big difference. The only problem came when sitting down if unable to keep leg extended ( like in the car) as it was very uncomfortable to bend the knee with it on, small price to pay as at least I could get around in less pain. Really sturdy brace , good quality materials and definitely worth buying.

This was possibly one of my best ever purchases in terms of money spent for the value I got. I consistently run ~4 miles every other day on hilly concrete terrain and eventually developed runner's knee. My knee would hurt while running and any time I went up or down stairs. I previously tried a patellar band but it really didn't do much for me. I ordered this as a last-ditch effort to avoid going to physical therapy, but for $10 I wasn't expecting much. At first, my knee would still start getting twinges of pain about a mile and a half into the run; this was already a big improvement over the previous immediate and more severe pain. After consistently wearing this brace for every single run for a little over a month, I am no longer experiencing any pain while running in the brace AND I am not experiencing pain when using stairs regardless of whether I'm wearing the brace or not. I really haven't done anything else to address this issue, so I give full credit to this brace for the huge improvement.Beyond this, it also seems to be of good quality- the velcro is secure and the brace stays put, and I haven't noticed any stretching or wear and tear yet. After every run I take it off and give it a quick spray with Lysol before letting it air dry, and it never gets stinky or gross. I really appreciate how easy it is to keep clean, especially compared to other braces I've owned that have not handled sweat well. As heavy duty braces go, I'd say it's about as comfortable as one can be- it took a little getting used to, but I'm quite comfortable in it now and it allows an impressive range of motion for how supportive it is. A word of caution- don't overtighten the straps; doing so only caused me shin splints, and I realized it's really not necessary for the brace to stay secure and provide support.————————Update: I am happy to report that I have not needed to wear the brace at all for the past ~2 months, and my knee pain has NOT returned! :) This tells me that the brace actually provided my knee the protection from overuse that it needed to heal permanently (as opposed to providing temporary relief only when the brace was worn).

I've had this for the past nine months. I am afraid to wash it, but am also afraid that it'll walk right off my leg one day! :-)That said, it simply does NOT stink. Hmmm... But sweat has definitely taken its toll and I'll need to find a way to clean it without it falling apart.The support has been excellent, more so when it was newer. I've lost some weight as the Velcro areas of the enclosures are now overlapping and it's become more difficult to attach them and not have that abrasive material removing my precious skin!DYNAMIC, YOU'VE GOT TO MAKE A SMALLER SIZE OR REDUCE THE AREA OF VELCRO ON THE STRAPS!So, the amount of Velcro needs to be removed as it is quite unnecessary to have so much of it as the support has additional wrap-around straps.Apart from these quibbles, at this price-point, this is a very well-constructed (for the most part), generous knee support. It's the reason I've decided to give it 5** overall.
