Wife it for me my favorite pipe

This is the nicest pipe I've ever owned, full disclosure it's also the most expensive one I've ever bought as well. It smokes great, balsa filters are neat, they do get dirty but who knows how much they actually filter? Pretty pipe, as another user said finish seems to be losing it "gloss" but I'm sure I could oil it if I really cared. I'mm a new Savinelli fan.*UPDATE* The finish is really wearing off, the nice blue is coming off and you can see the natural brown color coming through. Still like the pipe but I probably will stick to natural colors in the future, which is a bummer because it was really beautiful when it was new. It was different than all the brown pipes but unfortunately it doesn't hold up. I always keep it in a leather case, so it's not being abused, just used. If I knew what they used to color it I would try to stain it.

I have an Oscar Rusticated with a lucite stem, a Trevi Rusticated with an acrylic, and now this Arcobaleno. The bowl is a beautiful shade of blue that appears black in low light. Its overall a little larger than the similarly shaped Trevi, and the bowl is thicker. It has nice weight to it without being too heavy. While my Trevi came with a tight, tight fit of the stem to the shank (which is working out as time goes by) the Arcobaleno came with a perfect fit like my Oscar. Love this pipe.

quality is way worse than peterson. I bought a green and blue at the same time. Both have the natural wood showing at the top of the bowl. Maybe over buffed. No more savinellis for me stick with peterson

Amo fumare la pipa e questo modello era uno di quelli che volevo. Un gradito regalo di mia moglie, ha una fumata liscia, sia con filtro in balsa che ai carboni attivi. Usata nel modo giusto ti garantisce fino a 2 ore di fumata tranquilla, senza retrogusti dovuti a legni non adatti e senza riscaldarsi troppo. Consigliata

L'abbiamo acquistata per fare un regalo ad un intenditore. Io non lo sono affatto e mi sono affidato a questo marchio storico. Un figurone.

Fuma benissimo

Dopo pochi mesi di utilizzo ha perso tutto il colore, personalmente mi piace uguale ma ci sono rimasto piuttosto male
