Quality not good
Product quality is not good. Base plates dimensions are not matching to the ladder width. One of the plate was broken.

Recieved as expected
It reached perfect time when it was to be installed. We unpacked it and unwrapped, we were really good to see the wooden ladder. We wanted it in matte look, it was the same as expected. The balance was accurate and sturdy on floor standing gave us great space to put our collection on it. Thnks to the seller and Amazon for such a marvellous piece.
