It works in a very frustrating way (UPDATE)
Y-splitter cable fixed the issue. Now everything works flawlesslyOld Review:Does it work? Yes, kind of. Here's the dealI have an 06 Honda Ridgline with non-satnav stereo. I bought this to add Bluetooth to my stereo while keeping it stock.I disassembled the whole dash, removed the stereo and pulled the XM radio conector from the back, then I plug this device and voila! My Bluetooth receiver is powered on and I can hear music on the speakers playing from my phone. I was very happy... For about 10 seconds.I put everything back together testing all the buttons making sure they were working. Then I changed the mode on my stereo to FM and when I tried XM to enable Bluetooth nothing happened. XM button was basically disabled and could not use the bluetooth anymore.I took out the stereo again making sure everything was connected. It was. Reconnected the original XM radio antena and it sure enough the XM button started working again. I reconnected the Aux back to XM again it worked. But again if I change mode in the stereo and try to go back to XM the button is disabled.Therefore this means I can use this only if I never switch to any other mode in my stereo otherwise I can't go back.This is unacceptable. I hope there is a kind of adapter or work arround. Otherwise I am returning this and going back to a FM bluetooth trasnmiter.

Works great in my 2005 accord! Easy instal
Plug n play all I had to do was take apart the dash, took me about 10 minutes, works great and is suprising loud.

This product does exactly what it claims to. Quick delivery, easy to install and has made my son happy that he can play his phones music through the car speakers. Sound is great and steering wheel controls work too.

Easy install on my 2007 Accord. Took about 10 minutes. Been using for about a month now with no issues.

Tips for Apple Device
USB port is for charging only. If you use an Apple device with the 3.5mm audio and lightning charger combo you will get a lot of static noise. Get a ground loop isolator and that will get rid of the static noise.

Doesn’t fit my Honda accord 2006.Don’t purchase this unless you want to disassemble your car for an hour to find out it’s not going to work.
