Purchased this product for my estate agency business as I wanted something to do filming from a tri pod etc, the phone I was using was a Samsung s20 ultra great phone but I was also using an extention to the phone as a Bluetooth link up to a tiny microphone I had, so I could shoot from a distance unfortunately with the Bluetooth gadget added to the phone it would not fit to the gimbal so rendered it useless, ok for IPhone but samsung pretty much useless although this is an extremely well made product would have kept but no good for how I wanted to use it, also worth noting that these gumballs only work with phones of a certain weight that the devise can balance, so if you have a rather heavy phone it will damage the tiny servo motors or not work at all

I have used gimbals for my DSLRs and I'm an advocate of 'you get what you pay for' especially when it comes to electronics. I only bought this gimbal as a posh tripod for my smartphone and I wasn't expecting miracles and yet it astounded me. The build quality is very good and calibration couldn't be simpler; make sure the smartphone is balanced and away you go. Since it arrived, three days ago, I have used it every day and it has yet to have a wobble.Battery life is superb and I have yet needed to recharge it. Considering I use a Galaxy Note 20, not the lightest of phones, the gimbal performs very well indeed.The app is useful and the app rating of 3 stars is, in my opinion, harsh and unjustified. I have only found one thing which could be better and that's using face tracking via the app. Although, in most, it tracks and the gimbal keeps you in frame if you move a little too fast it can resemble someone watching a tennis match with the gimbal swinging from side to side. This is no reflection of the gimbal itself as it's only doing what the app tells it to do.

I used this to film induction videos for my junior doctors, including a walk-around of the department. Mobile phone recording is so good now that you don't really need a separate videocamera. This gimbal was very effective and adds a layer of professionalism to my videos that just holding the phone or having it stationary on a tripod never gave it. My only criticism is that the app is under-developed and didn't work well with my Galaxy S21Ultra. That said, the native video app on the phone is very good and there are excellent manual controls on the stem for the gimbal to allow access to the features.

I am more than happy with this purchase! I create videos for my family (thanks to the current situation the grandparents haven't seen their grandchildren for almost a year...) and with this gimbal creating and watching are also very enjoyable. It was easy to learn how to use it. The case is very useful, it protects the gimbal when it is in my backpack.My only (tiny little) problem is the weight of it. When we go for a hike, my arm gets really tired at the end of the day. But it's totally worth it! The battery life is good, After two days (3-4 hours of use on each) it's half charged (two green led light out of four).For this price, it is a good buy! :)I don't really use the original app, so I can't write much about the face recognition function. I tried it once, it was ok.

Really impressed on unboxing - great case and overall feel / quality of gimbal on first impressions unfortunately the case just won't balance my phone (1+Nord) with case as max payload is 280g ... This is fairly standard for most smartphone gimbals and not a flaw with the product but it didn't quite suit my need and unfortunately I didn't realise until after purchase. 2 stars simply because I didn't have the opportunity to live with / use the gimbal - but otherwise a great product.

This gimbal runs wild and can't keep still as if all the screws are loose...don't know what's is wrong with it. As soon as you put the phone on..it just has a mind of its own...can't even turn on Bluetooth as it tries to have its back on me every time so pointless in trying to capture videos let alone a selfie🤬 poor product and good waste of money.

The items comes very well packaged in its own case and it is surprisingly easy to use. I use it with my iPhone 12 and it works perfectly.I initially purchased it to film a promo video of my gym, we received lots of positive feedback about the video, particularly how professional it looked. I now use it on a regular basis and am so glad I bought this product.Well worth the money.

I bought this to do walking tours of the local area so is an affordable steady camera mount for walking and talking. The video tutorials were very useful to ensure the phone is balanced before switching on the device. Great battery life - I haven't had to charge it yet. And the slim case fits right in my laptop bag.
