I was expecting this banner to be a thin plastic sheet, something like a disposable plastic tablecloth. I was delighted to find it is more like a fabric shower curtain. It has grommets, so it will be easy to hang. It even comes with some ribbon to use to tie it up. This is far better quality than I was expecting, and I plan to use it repeatedly over the next few years because I have a lot of friends who are starting to turn 60. I was skeptical of the word glitter (I can't stand glitter), but it is just a photo of glitter. Thanks to whomever answered my question about that, because that information convinced me to buy the banner.
