Love the key board and mouse! Had a rocky start with cables ,couldnt get one to fit, and still some usb ports are too loose.Not in love with the buttons on the monitor ,I cannot tell if I pushed it or not untill the little light comes on ,just the style or maybe it's me lol. When I unboxed the tower {was packaged well } the metal piece on the back was noticably bent but was an easy fix .I did contact the vendor about the cable and they were happy to assist and send me a new cable

I bought this computer for homework and office. It came with a gaming keyboard and mouse which are very nice. The computer didn't come with any programs other than windows 10 which I knew to begin with. The computer appears to work well it is fast and meets my needs. The monitor is horrible. It blinks on and off, appears old, has no camera for zoom meetings, and the graphics are horrible. If you want this for gaming alone don't buy it. I contacted the shipper and after several emails and a week later I got the word to ship the monitor back but I have to pay the shipping because they will not pay for pick up. I live in a rural area and work long hours and there are no drop off areas where I live. My classes have started and now I have a computer with no monitor. I think it is horrible that I have to pay the shipping back for a defective old monitor. I am not very picky and only ask for the product I buy to work and if not receive a replacement without hassle. Be careful with this item.

This is a great computer with an excellent price! Large monitor, beautiful colored light-up keyboard, and the mouse is ergonomically comfortable to use for long periods. I have been putting off buying a new computer for a while, and so glad I waited until I found this one! I highly recommend.

ordered this in Oct of 2020 for my sister to be able to apply for an at home job. but the computer has been continually having blue screen crashes. even when she first got the PC but unfortunately I was only told about this in the beginning of may so it is outside the window for the 90 day guaranty.PS. I have been limping it along by trying to update it and it finally is fully up to date but still having blue screen crashes.

Just got it and setting it up. Everything works fine and the price was super. Nice addition for working at home

Pros: love the system. It's very fast, looks like it's in brand-new condition, and has plenty storage for my purposes. Comes with a free version of Office and an anti-virus program. Keyboard and monitor are both very high quality.Cons: It was advertised to come with a wi-fi adapter which was missing from the box. I contacted the company to get a response, and they offered me either a credit or to reship. I chose reship, because it's a pandemic, and I have nowhere near me to buy a wi-fi adapter safely. After many calls and emails to try and get a tracking number, I received one a week later only to discover they'd shipped my package to Florida (if it's even the correct item- there's no item description on the tracking page), and I live in Canada.I had no option but to accept the credit and order the adapter via another Amazon company, and as a result lost 3 weeks of use of my system since I cannot connect to the internet and register my Windows and antivirus. Very frustrating.
