This product is very similar to the PB2 but I miss the percent indicator, this one only has four dots to indicate remaining capacity. Also the preceding model had a softer suede texture but this one is just uncoated plastic.

Unlike the XTAR PB2S (at least from its pictures), this PB2C only supports USB-C for input, not output. That greatly reduces its utility. I don't have or want to have 21700 cells, and so getting the PB2S is out of the question because I would be paying the size cost for no benefit. I should have gotten the PB2 instead of this PB2C since it has a battery percent interface instead of just the four LED dots.

This was a great buy. Magnet lid holds well. Makes it easy to charge your batteries on the go.

I bought these to be able to charge and to use as carry-on containers when flying. bought two and 2 Nitecore 3500mAh. I had two Streamlite 2600 mAh usb chargeable batteries that have discharge protection. These cases charge and then discharged the two BRAND NEW Nitecore batteries and both are now junk. 50 BUCKS destroyed by BAD product. the Streamlites were discharged to protection limit. DO NOT BUY AND DESTROY YOUR 18650 CELLS!
