VYTRONIX DSM13/02 10-in-1 1300W Multifunction Handheld & Upright Floor/Carpet Steam Cleaner Mop With Detergent Tank

Not impressed one bit. I wiped my kitchen floor over with a white cloth after using the steamer, looked like I’d done nothing, it was the same as before using the steamer. It doesn’t look like the mop actually touches the floor because of the outer casing.Took it apart to use a few of the nozzles the steam came out quite hard and strong for about 6 seconds then loses pressure? Not enough umph to lift anything tbh.I looked at all the reviews and the good outweighed the bad by far but having used many steam cleaners for clients homes in the past this is by far the worst! Don’t bother wasting your money, it’s very poor.

Although I bought this item because it was cheaper than the rest I still expected it to work properly as a steamer. The problem is-it doesn't work well enough. The safety feature which makes the power cut out to stop it over heating means it cuts off quite often but for me the main problem is that it just isn't powerful enough to do the job. I tried to return this item twice. The first time: I didn't have the postage label that supposedly came in the box and the return instructions said I had to pay for postage which would be included in the refund if I met "requirements" I of the return. I decided it wasn't worth spending the postage incase the return was refused as this seems like quite a strange policy to have unless you expect to get many returns and intend to refuse alot of them.I complained to amazon about the process and they contacted the seller. The seller agreed to give a postage label but wanted me to provide some code or something before they would do this. Why they couldn't do this themselves I do not know but it left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I decided to just keep the item and review it instead. I would advise paying a tiny bit more and buying a steamer elsewhere unless you only want it for very very light steaming.

I thought the idea of a steam mop with a cleaning fluid reservoir that cleaned hard floors and carpets was good. However the reality was different I found that the cleaning fluid reservoir leaked when the mop was left standing. I accepted an exchange but the second mop did exactly the same, so requested a refund.The response and customer service from company was very good and they supplied me with prepaid labels to return the faulty items and then credited the money back to my account.

This steam mop does heat up very quickly and it doesn't leave the floor soaking wet or leave streak marks when it has dried. Having a house with laminate flooring throughout the 5 metre cord really helps, as previous steam mops i have had to use extension leads. The accessory kit comes with a removal hand held steamer which has helped in assisting me cleaning them hard to reach and stubborn stains like around the bathroom tap. I love the fragrance that comes out of the steamer from the detergent fluid leaving the room smelling fresh. I have really got to say for the value of money you can`t go wrong by choosing this great quality product.

The Vytronix DSM13/02 is a good steamer in itself. Although it is corded the cable is of a reasonable length but still, on occasion, requires an extension lead.The steamer heats up really quickly and comes with a number of attachments which help in all sorts of situations and places that are difficult to reach.

I bought this for my daughter-in-law who previously has had 2 more expensive steam cleaners. She is delighted with it and says it is far more efficient than the other two.

CONS: I have used several different steamers in different households. I thought this would be a great product. However I was wrong. The detergent vessel uses the detergent all in one go. The steam function worked intermittently and stopped steaming, then would start again. The lead is no way long enough, I have to unplug and plug in and then wait whilst it starts to warm up again.Pros: light weight

Very light and easy to use. Does a brilliant job on my hardwood floors. Doesn't take forever to start steaming. Only thing is the water runs out very quickly but that good be a good thing as you do get a lot of steam. I love this steam mop.
