Broken pieces
Not only did we have to wait even longer for it to get here, it was broken. The box was open in the package with the coils broken. I’m so disappointed. And since there isn’t a ups store within 45 minutes to a hour from us I get to pay 7.99 to have it sent back out of my refund.
