Worked as expected

Equicross is a horrible company. After ordering products from this company I was contacted by Lorena Gatti in customer service who informed me that she needs a photo copy of my driver’s licenses and my credit card. I told her to cancel the order and she did, then she charged my card anyway. I have contacted Equicross every few weeks since for months now and they keep telling me that it is their fault and a credit will be on my next statement. Everytime I call back they blame new accounting software for the error and tell me the credit will be on the next statement. I have talk to and emailed every person in the company that i can find contact information on. I would never trust this company with my personal information. They are either every incompetent or scamming people.
