I literally couldn't believe how fast this worked! Directions were perfect. No scrubbing necessary!! Amazing results in just an hour! Brightened my toons right up to near perfection... so grateful to find this product!

Very strong product

This stuff is strong. Heed the warning on the label - use PPE. Don't get it near your skin or nostrils. Having said that, I love it. I had some seriously corroded aluminum - I mean, seriously corroded. And this cleaned it up. Nicely. It foams - a lot. And it will make the metal black, which is fine. The black is easy to clean off with something like scotchbright. What is left is clean metal, which is nice. It really does the job. But it is very strong - it will streak if you are not careful (but honestly, it's easy to clean that up). If you have aluminum with barnacles and white growth, this is the stuff you want. But wear gloves, please. Most Al cleaners are, um, sorta weak. This is not weak.

My intake was in a garage for over 20 years,looks brand new

Used this on a pontoon. The pontoon was not the most clean and it was definitely in bad shape so it took quite a bit of this. Had to mix this in a 3:1 parts (if you dont understand parts, it is just ratios. look up on youtube for better explanation) and it was finally concentrated enough to penetrate and dissolve top layer of contaminants. DO NOT LET IT DRY while spraying!Spray on evenly after mixing a good ratio depending on the condition of aluminum, and spray areas until white and re spray over sections that look dry or that turn back to current aluminum color. the material must turn white after coating it with this chemical. Quick note, work in small sections! It will clean anything up. This is pretty much an etch cleaner. I worked in electroplating and this is what it is.But have fun and take your time and call Clint, Sharkhide owner, for any further questions on his products.

The aluminum trim on my 1994 pontoon boat looks like new. It takes some effort but the results are worth it. I used their cleaner, polish and coating, Next spring I plan on buying more to clean up the toons.

I tried all the DIY I could find online, nothing could clean up my water/oxidation marks. Then my boat dealer suggested I try this. Wow, spray on, let sit a few min and hose off!! No scrubbing!! Aluminum came out like brand new. Not cheap but worth every penny. (Watch some YouTube videos first for tips)
