The cover of Don’s book draws me in as the juxtaposition of the tree illustrated has provoked my attention to hear more on the delivery of Dons message toward restoration back to our Heavenly Father, God.The Introductions and acknowledgements taught me the heart and motivations behind Don Smith’s intentions where he reminds us that God’s lifestyle of service is to have a true and vital relationship with him.I was challenged to read on asking myself; “What does a true and vital relationship mean for me?”The ten chapters that followed led me to insight and contemplation.The lifestyle of a person can be released from the focus on the world and toward understanding of service to God and others, which harmonizes our walk and living in the fullness of the love of God.Each chapter of the book exemplifies where we can grow up in him and act towards fullness and richness. Don’s book shows us that we can realize and manifest power and peace through God’s son Jesus Christ by contrasting the goodness of God and the distraction of the devil.Within the words presented in the book compared with the word of God (the bible), we can consider our ways, our habits of taking on the role of Jesus Christ in our lives or to continue towards earthly habits and cultures. —Why? What are the benefits of reflecting on the character of God? What keys can be applied-NOW?My favorite section is page 29, where we are cited to fear not! “Casting leads to being sober. Sober leads to being vigilant. Vigilance leads to victory over the roaring lion, the devil. “This section spoke to my heart to think about and consider where I could improve in my thoughts and intentions towards trusting God.The spiritual truths in the following chapters built up to the thought-provoking topic on healing is more than physical. This section opens my eyes to see how God's desire for us is not to be broken in any category but to realize and live in the healing wholeness made available by commanding the power of Jesus Christ that was made available to us and in us at the new birth. Wholeness is ours to get and to share through the power of the name of Jesus Christ.I would recommend this book to anyone that is trying to connect the dots between what they perceive from the word of God as spiritual truth and how to practically apply those principles in our modern culture and diverse lifestyle.Anyone that loves God and has the desire to pursue him and has interests in living in love, grace, mercy and peace will gain valuable insight and practical application from Don Smith‘s book on “Repairing the Breach. “ As a result of this study, the reader can choose by free will in their hearts and minds to BE restored back to harmony with God, in the name of Jesus Christ, our savior and Lord.Ginger LongProspect Hill, NC

"The Repairer of the Breach" by Don Smith does exactly as it promised. Reading the book was like, someone handing me a flash light to help me see my way through years of misconception, doubt, fear, and un-certainty. Not with over zealous bravado, but with the a sweet gentle touch leading me to the light of the sun. Step by step, comfort by comfort guiding, uplifting, and enlightening me spiritually, without being overly religious.I loved chapter four the most. "The Character of God". He goes into great detail explaining that God is not the author of death and destruction as society would have us believe, but a God of truth, love, peace, hope, etc. He lays all of this out thought by thought and VERSE by VERSE! The fact that he shows you how we are saved to the uttermost mind, body, and soul. Healed to the uttermost emotional scars and all! The key to it being how much I am willing to believe God and his written word, to trust him above all else, and walk out daily with a fully persuaded mind. There are so many other wonderful spirit inspired gems and concepts it is well worth the read. God bless you Don your excitement for bringing men and women back to God through our Lord Jesus Christ truly inspired me to run deeper, faster, stronger!RR

This book is a wonderfully clear and specific study about God’s character, His nature, and what he wants for us. I was incredibly blessed by this study and how it grew my faith and believing. God does not want us to fear, and this book has a super chapter on what the Bible says about beating fear in our daily lives. You will truly enjoy this book!

Mr Don Smith has literally given us a blueprint startpoint of a life worth living. He has shown me the tremendous truths that are available to Christian's who are SEEKINGHe has a way of breaking down complex issues to help with comprehending how we are to walk in this world as God's Children and Steward others to God's Magnificent Love.God is Great and I'm was truly blessed with this BOOK.

It’s refreshing to read a book related to spiritual matters that allows the Word of God to interpret itself instead of putting ones own interpretation into it!

Repairer of the Breach is a beautiful representation of the authors love and passion for God’s word! It’s informative as well as loving and easy to follow. I read it in 2 days! A reminder of God’s love for us all and how his word flows effortlessly. This book is a fantastic read for all! It’s great for those who already love God and those who are looking for something more!

Well written and instructional for today’s believers to live in God’s grace and abundance in this troubled world!
