They customer service is amazing and very helpful. This pool is incredibly durable. The bottom of it looks like it is thin but it's stretchy so it's not going to tare. The pump is a little small but for the price it's ridiculous to expect anything unless it was a thin pool. It's super quality. I wasn't expecting it to actually holdup but it's incredibly strong kids love this thing. It's great for the price just go buy a 20$ sump pump and hook it to the intake if your handy and you go a vacuum pump combo.

Honestly I don’t even know where to start it won’t let me upload any pictures ! This was not worth the $75 I paid for it ! This was just something meant to be easy for my daughters birthday party but I see a couple people had the same issue I had with the pool smh it didn’t fill at all , it was an easy setup but the pool didn’t fill but a quarter of the way not even enough for my kids to get in it , also I had to move it to another Part of the yard and that didn’t do anything minor you I did this in the evening time so the pool could fill overnight did that 2 times the pool never filled my water bill ATTEMPTING to fill this pool 2 times was $300!!! I reached out to the seller all they kept saying was cut the pool send a picture and we will refund you but I had already threw the pool away ! Because Amazon said they were gonna give me a refund without return because I didnt know I had to keep the pool I already messaged like 4 people about the pool and they said it was fine if I threw the pool out , I did however take pictures of the pool and the hose and the pump the hose turned green after 1 week that was during the first attempt I will NEVER buy a pool again from them or from amazon at that!!!! Very unprofessional smh told me 30 days had went by and I couldn’t get a refund lol like what the heck y’all never messaged me back I wasn’t about to wait around!

The pump will not stay on. And before you say well, it only stays on 10hrs at a time... I get that, however in the middle of that 10hr period, it just randomly stops. You have to pick the pump up and move it around. Then it starts working again, but doesn't suck anything or keep the pool clean AT ALL. (AND YES I CHANGED THE FILTER) I bought this so I could save a little money and now I'm regretting it. I shouldn't have ever bought this. Also, the ring at the top will not stay inflated. I think its because it doesn't seal well near the inflation point, but I just don't know. I know from day 1 it airs up and looks good, but within about 2 hours it is deflated again. 😢 I really am sad about this because I had such high hopes for it.

The pool is the perfect size for cooling off on hot summer afternoons. I did not like that I could not find what size replacement filter to buy and the seams split in less than 2 months. At the price I paid though, I didn't expect it to last very much longer than it did, so I came back to order another one for next summer and found they were selling for half the price I got the first one for. I now have 2 waiting for next summer!

The pool itself is fine, unfortunately the pump doesn’t work. Luckily we had an old pump. After getting it I’ve seen a lot of similar reviews about the pump.

So much rain this summer. We decided to not put our big pool up, and opted for something just big enough to cool off in. Easy set up, but used our own pump.Durable, and great price when purchased.
