Quality item if you have know how to use.
No instructions on the gauges or how to humidify or dehumidify. Ideal temperature or humidity. No paperwork whatsoever for it’s use. Trial and error system .Also the lid gasket does not stay in place.

Missing pieces
I didn't even recieve all the pieces, the blue piece and the humidity pack was missing. I wouldn't recommend this product

Broken led display
Needed it so didnt return it but led lense was broken upon arrival

Broken & no instructions
There were no instructions on how to use it, the screen didn’t work at all and since there are no instructions, I have no idea what to do to even try to figure out the problem or how to fix it. It was a gift, so it was extremely disappointing to watch them open it and not be able to use it.

Horribly Disappointed
The one we got the lid gasket didn’t seal enough and the gasket to seal the hydrometer didn’t seal to properly to regulate the humidity, the hydrometer also wasn’t reading accurately (we used others in it our two matched each other but not the one built into the container) one of the 4 latches wouldn’t properly go over the lid to latch correctly. We were hoping this would be just as good if not better since it’s bigger Thant the other two we have but we have been horribly disappointed in it. We have two other C Vaults never a problem with them. I am sending back for a refund. I would rather have another one but I don’t know if I should trust it again. So I’m torn. My husband says to fix it with new and better gaskets it we paid a pretty penny for it and I don’t feel I should have to go that route.
