My knives were on my front step, when I woke up. I ordered them yesterday afternoon. Very pleased. To start the leather storage pouch. Is nice thick leather. Great pouch.My knives are razor sharp, right out of package. Have not put them to work yet, but I don't forsee any negatives. With these knives. I would truly recommend them.

Good product and easy to use. I like the strong blades and nice leather wrap.

I really am new to wood carving, but not wood art. I have done some woodwork with dremel and woodburning. My grandfather who has passed on was a wonderful craftsman and inspired me! My dad also loves wood work. I purchased this set to try my hand at whittling and carving. Value for the money is excellent. For a beginner you have an excellent starter set. Handles are comfortable. Easy to use, you need to take it slow and be safe as the blades are plenty sharp to do damage. The blades seem durable, but I haven’t used them long enough to know. I included a photo of my first solo project made with this set, an Otter. I hope to continue to improve. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the included holder as a place to safely and securely store the blades when not in use.

Nice set of knives. Very sharp and high grade steel is easy to sharpen. The company needs to rethink the handle design, though. They all have a pointed though rounded end which is somewhat uncomfortable on the palm of the hand.

The media could not be loaded. I cannot complain about those set the only thing I would recommend is adding a few passes on the strop as it comes very sharp there was one or two that I did reprofile but I bought several of them not just this kid but other kids of theirs as well as individual knives I love how thick they are as they will just hog out anything they are slightly different than Flex cut or some of your other knives as they have a very thick backbone but that is nice as well it can be different it's just one of them knives that you use differently for your skill sets for the money though you cannot beat them with anything you should learn how to sharpen knives anyway as this will be key to progressing in your wood skills I have several different knives and my sharpening skills were already up to that level so make sure that you buy yourself a good strop as beavercraft sells them and I use both styles that they offer phenomenal for the price and if you have a few extra bucks you can buy you a flex cutter too and you can see that they are very comparable and you might actually use the beaver craft for the more durable one to use as Flex cut kind of seems on that edge of you could break it but not knocking them as I use them both

Edit:So originally i had given these knives a 3 star. Not because of quality or performance but because i never got to test them as they were stolen thanks to the amazon delivery person leaving them out for everyone to see. In no way was this Beavercraft's fault what so ever. So what does beavercraft do?? They reach out and ask for my info and send me a new set!!! That is freaking crazy and awesome.. That is top notch customer service.The knives came well packaged and they look amazing. The grip is really comfortable and most importantly, the blades are super sharp so be careful!! Overall these are really great quality and if you're thinking about getting them then just do it!! You won't be disappointed.Original Post:Im sure they work great. At first I thought it was cute of them to add bandaids inside the pouch, then I accidentally stabbed my finger. I appreciate the bandaids, y'alls. 💖 I'm having a lot of fun learning how to use these knives, they're 100x better than the cheap sheet metal-cut knives I was using before. If you're just starting and deciding between BeaverCraft or those Xacto-type sets, just know the blades on those cheaper sets snap really easy.

The detail knife blade chipped the first time I used it. Contacted the company and they said they'd send me a replacement. They sent a package, but it was returned to sender before delivery was attempted. Post office said the driver thought the package was empty. Emailed them several times to get a re-delivery, but they ghosted me. The leather case is nice and the other knives decent. I'm getting a Flexcut knife to replace the detail knife.
