516791 Adjustable Photocell Lamp Control to 2000W

Worked no better or worse than the existing photocell I had.

I tried several less expensive photocell controls, which all turned on too early in the evening and off too late in the morning. This unit cost more but it actually turns on at dusk and off at dawn, which saves money on the power bill.

I first wired it wrong and lights kept going on and off during daylight. Corrected and worked fine.

I replaced a more common photo control (the only one stocked at Home Depot and Lowes) with this unit. It is in a shady location, and I was having trouble getting the other unit to understand the sun was up. This one is much more sensitive and has no trouble telling (shady) day from night.

Not really adjustable and not sensitive enough. The old broken one worked better.

Would not turn off. Checked it with ohm meter in full sun and in the dark. No change. Returned
