Currently in the process of renovating our first home. We got three of these radiators and we get so many compliments about them. They look absolutely gorgeous and modern. They heat up quickly and my plumber said that we’re a straightforward fit.

STAY AWAY FROM IBATH AT ALL COSTS!!I bought the vertical radiator, had a plumber install it. The radiators themselves are lovely. Out of all 4 radiators, I only had trouble with 1. There seems to have been a "pin hole" at the top of the radiator which was causing a fast leak. I didn't know what it was at the time so called a plumber out. Ibath sent out a new radiator. I then had to pay the plumber to remove the old and install the new. I incurred £267 worth of costs as well as warped flooring. I then sent the invoice to Ibath to seek compensation and they didn't want to know so I have had to incur a huge cost thanks to a faulty radiator, which was completely out of my hands! I am furious and WILL NEVER use them again. I am disgusted with their service.Be warned!!
