Well I like this journal better than the one I was using since it has 6 set . And it has notes and a cardio section to track your workout . Plus a title for what body part you are doing. A start and finish time and you have room for 12 entry’s or 12 exercises plus a rate your workout graft

I wanted a simple way to track workouts. I found this journal required too much information and the pages were too dense.

Love!
I've used it everyday since Jan 4th! I've always tracked my workouts and this book just turns it up a notch! Love the monthly goals, the weekly tracking page and the slots available or for each exercise session. I love this book and will definitely purchase again!

Okay - Could Be Better
This planner is okay - but it's not very big (both in terms of physical size & # of pages/trackers available).It's certainly a nice journal. But there are two main hangups for me:1. I would have preferred a larger size. Unforutnatley, this is the only size Clever Fox offers for this product.2. They layout doesn't quite match for journaling and tracking.For example, it offers space for up to 10 goals/items to log - but only enough tracking for two and half weeks. The calendar is doesn't line up with the # of daily tracking spaces.The advertisement says it offers space for up to four months of fitness planning/tracking if you use it daily.But the monthly calendar page has tracking spots for 6 months. Meanwhile, the weekly goal progress tracker only offers two and half weeks worth. You could stretch this if you were to limit tracking your goals to a smaller number. But I don't understand why you would design space for both weekly and monthly tracking if they don't add up!I suppose if you were uisng one or the other (or don't mind not tracking your progress in a linear fashion) it might work. For me, it's a nightmare to have separate tracking progress like this. I ordered this in an effort to stop making my own planners and go with something more conveinent. I'm not sure this is the best solution.

High quality materials amd fun colors!
I ordered these to help keep me accountable and motivated in my fitness journey (starting back up again after having a baby). The materials used are nice and thick and high quality, there is plenty of space to track many different things depending on your fitness goals, colors are fun and cute, its the perfect size to fit into your gym bag (not too big and not too small), and they arrived 2 days earlier than expected.The only con I have against this journal is that there is only one before and after page. I do beachbody programs and I personally would like to have a before and after page for each program I do. However, this can easily be fixed by photocopying the first before and after page and stapling it into your journal on the same page you start a new program. 😉 Overall though, I'm very satisfied with this journal and will definitely buy it again in the future. 😊

Solid Workout Journal for Basic Needs
I purchased this planner to help establish good fitness/nutrition habits; track my progress, and meet my goals. I’ve used the clever fox ultimate achiever before, so wanted to give this a try.What I like:I love that the planner is undated and gives a significant amount of time to record and track...28 weeks. There are ample spaces to record specific goals and progress, as well as a fantastic amount of daily space for logging your workouts. The price point for the product is reasonable, and I like the color selections available. It’s wire bound and can lay flat or be folded over.What I feel could be improved:In the starting point and results page, I’d like to see more spaces to customize and track additional measurements (clothing sizes, visceral fat, muscle mass, etc) to compare current state and results. Incorporating a section on weekly meal planning and expanding to a 2 page daily format to incorporate meal plans, a food journal, and daily habits to do list/habit tracker would be ideal.Things that would completely WOW! me would be to add a pen loop, pockets, page marker/bookmark, a way to keep the book closed, and some fun stickers.All in all, a solid workout journal for basic needs.

Exactly as pictured!
Bought this tracker for myself and my wife and we love it. We are excited to use it and track our fitness and workouts. It is very simple to use and small enough to not take up too much room in your workout bag.

Great little book
Really great little book. Plenty of space to write your workouts and love the goal setting section.Highly recommend this for tracking progress in the gym.

Damaged!
Product good but packaging rubbish! I can't be bothered to return but it's very annoying that it wasn't packaged well enough to not get damaged!

Nice quality
Super stoked that this journal arrived in package SHRINK WRAPPED so all the corners are in perfect condition!Want to mention that this seems to be more of a daily workout tracker than a dieting/fitness tracker. I'm having a bit of a challenge to figure out how to make it work for tracking physical activity, such as walking, sports, as well as noting when I stick to my dieting goals. This is more suited to tracking serious gym-based activity.

Perfect for keeping track!
This journal is really well made. The cover and back are super strong as well as the coils which is important when it gets tossed around.The only thing I don't like about it, is that the space where you write the exercise is quite small. I do write a bit bigger so trying to adapt to smaller writing. BUT when the pre workout is kicking my butt, lol, it's hard to write small lolol!! Definitely a better journal than most $30 and $40 journals.
