Tina is very detailed in explaining every item someone who wants to start a child care business would need. This book has been and is a great reference for me.

Very informative and easy to read.

I am thinking about opening a small private preschool on my property but I am concerned with startup costs and if I could actually do it. This book has so far been a wonderful help. While it does not break down every little piece it lets you know where to find the information you would need as each state is different and rules and regulations are constantly changing. The book also breaks down if you are trying to start a large daycare from scratch, if you are taking over a large daycare, or if you are starting one in your own home. I would highly recommend this book before diving in!!
