How many ounces is this bottle of Villa Manodori Balsamic Vinegar ?

8.5, but this balsamic is like syrup and a little goes a long way! Best product you can get!!!

Is there a big difference between this and a $15-$20 bottle? I am thinking much better than $5 bottle but concerned about the "diminishing return".

No "diminishing return" possibility with this Balsamic. It's fabulous and we are ruined now. This product will make you a Balsamic snob.

Ingredient? Grape with no sugar, Carmel, etc?

Don't have a clue. That being said, it is an excellent, high end balsamic. This is not a balsamic to be used to make a basic salad dressing. That would be a waste. Rather, this is used sparingly, e.g., with a good EVOO on a mozzarella and tomato salad or on sandwich made with an excellent loaf of bread.

difference between villa manodori balsamic vinegar and villa manodori balsamic vinegar Artigianale

There are three types of Villa Manodori balsamic vinegars produced in this price range: Organic (blue/green label), Dark Cherry (deep red label), and the more traditional style, Artigianale -- all of the boxes of the traditional style carry the name Artigianale, but some vendors may not be using it in their advertising.
