Can definitely hang on to the bar longer. Felt the odd stitch pop but I'm sure if used cautiously they can continue to do the job.

Relieves some pain but I don't feel it allows me enough grip to hold longer, maybe my hands are just not big enough..

Firstly these items arrived ahead of schedule and were perfectly packed. I was delighted to find that they are fully solid steel hooks nit the sort of flimsy light aluminium that bends or breaks very quickly. I like to do a lot of chinning movements and variations in my back workouts and frequently [as is often the case] my grip gives out long before my back OR due to the concentration on grip my arms end up doing more of the work than intended. These hooks are so sturdy that I have added a variation of NO GRIP chins with my full weight on the hooks and therefore my arms only involved as levers. Simply put these hooks are the best I have ever found and a bargain at this price. At 16st they take my full hanging bodyweight with ease - so also great for stretching out! Simply the best hooks I have found in over 30 years of training.

Son muy buenas para el gym cuando haces dominadas y te rescalan las manos, evite mucho callo con ellas. Desde mi punto de vista hacen bien su funcion y la sujeccion es muy buena

Ya han empezado a romperse....en menos de 20 dias....4 o 5 veces usado. No los recomiendo en absoluto...muy malos la verdad
