Works fine for small uses.
I had to talk myself into spending the money. I have an office space that does not have a sink. I needed one. I was going to hire a plumber and then someone suggested this. I did quite a bit of looking around and finally bit the bullet. I DID arrive on a pallet. The driver nicely brought it into the front of my office. I unpacked it and (it's on wheels!) wheeled it back to the space I wanted it. Followed the video on installation and in about 30 min or so had her up and running. It is a little unhandy to have to fill the fresh water and empty the discharge water, but it works for me! Thank you.

Loved it
Amazing! It is very expensive but it has a good system. It looks beautiful, works perfect and I loved it. The only thing it is very noisy.

Works Great but loud.
The sink is in our medical clinic. Works beautifully, looks very professional and perfect size for any room. The hot water runs within seconds of turning on. Only dislike is when the power is on the sink has a constant loud humming noise, similar to a dishwasher.

Super Satisfied
Arrived early. There was a damaged part. Ozark contacted me and responded professionally and promptly to the issue. I received the part within a few days. I was able to replace the part and set it up on my own. The water pumps up and out immediately when turning on facets. The heat up time is quick. There is a sound that comes on on occasion. I have a massage studio and this is great for the space.

Loud, not what I expected, didn't last
This has been a disaster of a product. It only worked well for 6 months. Then it broke and going through customer service and warrantee to have it fixed has been a hassle. It is still not fixed, 1 year later! Now, they are not returning my emails. A very expensive pain in the butt.

Perfect for what I needed in my popcorn store. I was missing a part but wrote the company and they sent it right out to me, no questions asked. I love doing business with small businesses and this one was awesome.
