Test immediately upon receipt if record works properly.
I bought this early as a Christmas gift in September. I just tried to record it only to find out that one page would not properly record or save after repeated attempts. With only 30 days to return it, I missed the deadline. Test it early. I was over confident in Hallmark quality brand. Otherwise, a very nice personalized gift.

One of a kind memory
I love it creates a memory for kids. Almost like we’re still together.

Very disappointed this time
Loved these in the past as I've gotten many of these in the past for my grandkids, but this one had a bad static when recording. Very disappointed as this was for a first birthday.

Great Concept, Poor quality
Loved them initially, each one quit working within a week of giving to my grandkids.
