My girl is a very avid gymnast. We looked at gym bars but she’s at the gym more than enough to train her skill.These bands really assisted her with her conditioning to help with pull ups to gain baby strength she requires.Also use them in other ways I didn’t know you could. They’re solid and well worth the money.

Had these for over a year now thought I'd leave a review to tell others how good they are iv put them through a lot of abuse including Assisted pull ups with the big green one and they have stood up well so far well worth the money

Very simple but very effective bands for resistance exercises. Buy two sets if affordable or if you require to exercise more than one limb at a time. Wear gloves if possible, especially if you don't like the smell of rubber.Affordable, stretchy, strong and made of rubber, what more do you need.I would recommend and buy again.

I use these over a pull up bar/chin up bar. Was only able to do one proper chin up. I used the med and strong ones together for a few weeks and now just using the strong one. Are sturdy and even on a high pull up bar (mine is at approx 2.2m) I can lower myself to the floor and they seem to be strong and not in danger of snapping.

Bands are good quality and last well. This is the second set I have bought. As my original ones kept getting stolen by my son! So now we have a set each.Delivered on time, nicely packaged, good bands.
