I purchased this to replace the same item by a different manufacturer. I cannot say enough good things about this product. I absolutely love it! Best hair appliance I've ever owned. It curls beautifully, straightens nicely and is light weight. I also like the locking mechanism.

This particular curling iron is awesome when it works. Sadly, I got one that was clearly a return being recycled. It didn't power up. Amazon, was great about sending me a second one. It also didn't work. Once again, Amazon was great about issuing a refund. Gave up on trying a third time. Believe these curling irons were discontinued which makes them hard to find them.

The only problem with this item the power button is in the wrong area, so just when it gets hot your hand will the shut it off. The bristles are good they don’t burn your head when making curls. But have the feature which holders it together if it breaks its very tiny piece or plastic duct tape will hold the rest.

I love my instyler press and curl at the same time. Sturdy and easy to use. Gets hot enough too

It's not the greatest for curling long hair, it gets stuck in the seams and it pulls strands out. it heats up great, and works good for straightening but it just not the best for curling long hair. That's the only downside.

It wont lock shut

I ordered this item 3 times but very disappointed. First time the plates of the item I received wouldn’t close properly, leaving a small gap and making the straightening impossible. Second time I received a totally different item. I ordered a replacement and this was the worst part. I received a used item which even had somebody else’s hair on it and the cord was just wrapped around and the outside packaging was also bad.

Muy práctico. Permite alisar el cabello y también dar volumen. Mí cabello es de largo medio. Muy buena relación precio/calidad. De lo que hay en el mercado es lo más cercano a la in-styler que ya no existe.

I let my hair dry on its own and used this product on my frizzy thick curley hair. I was really amazed at the results. My hair went from frizzy ringlets to smooth beautiful curls.
