If you're like my and find it hard to get a good stretch related to, limited ROM, body habitus, etc. This is the strap for you! I can do multiple stretches with this one strap, and that is enough for me. Couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase.

I like the product

This is a great product. Seems just as sturdy as the one at physical therapy.

Got this as a gift for my sister so she could use it for her stretches because she was always stealing mine so I got her one. She loves it!

Let's face it, Physical Therapy sucks. It works, and the end results are worth the exercise, but then when you finish you can't do everything because you don't have the same equipment. Now I'm not a rich guy that can go out and buy all the expensive machines (I wouldn't even if I was rich), but I can do the stretches and this strap is exactly like the one the Physical Therapists office was using, but a lot less than they wanted to sell me one for. I'm as happy as I can be exercising which means I'm not happy, but I'm doing it.

I have a hard time gripping a regular strap. With this I can slip my wrist or arms through the holes to hold a stretch. I LOVE this strap and although I am the only one in my household that does yoga right now, I'm glad I bought two. =)

Loops are large enough to easily accommodate a men’s size 11 running shoe but soft enough for use with bare feet. It is also comfortable to holding onto the ends while stretching. The black nylon travel bag has proved especially useful for keeping the strap neatly in the car and for carrying it to and from the gym.

I highly recommend this fantastic product. Ideal for stretching exercises, and for being able to stay in adequate exercise positions, enabling a magnificent post workout stretch. Personally, I think this product enables a deep and excellent hamstring stretch - fundamental for any long distance runner. I’m extremely pleased with this product!

This product is has a high quality and also this colours are SÓ CUTE!! Soft in the touch and also has a really nice texture and finish. I highly recommend this product and really happy with this purshase :)
