I've been using Equip protein for over a year now and it's HANDS DOWN my favorite. I'm a functional nutritionist and I'm really picky when it comes to ingredients in protein powders but I feel comfortable recommending this protein to all of my clients. Beef protein isolate is superior in my opinion! It's a complete protein, easy for the body to digest and absorb, and is perfect for people who don't tolerate whey/dairy. I'm not a fan of pea proteins because the body doesn't use them as well and they often test high for heavy metals (plus they are really chalky tasting). Equip third party tests their products for heavy metals so you know they're high quality.The iced coffee and salted caramel are my favorite flavors but I also regularly buy the chocolate and vanilla. The vanilla flavor does have a strong stevia taste, so if you don't like that I would recommend trying the others. The cinnamon roll flavor is also REALLY good in coffee and pancakes and doesn't have any stevia in it.I will say that it doesn't dissolve that easily into cool/cold liquids but it's because it doesn't have added junk. You'll be hard pressed to find a protein powder with truly clean ingredients that actually mixes well so if anything, that's a green flag for me. Add it to warm liquids, blend it into shakes, or use an immersion blender to mix it into cool liquids and it works perfectly.

I cannot say ENOUGH about this incredible protein powder! For at least 2 years my husband and I have faithfully taken this every morning. I absolutely love how it transforms my coffee into a nutritional powerhouse beverage to start my day! I have my big jars full of the Chocolate and Salted Caramel flavors. Coffee, shakes, ice cream, you can add them to anything! I also love using Vanilla in my baking! It adds protein to our carb heavy treats, preventing glucose spikes and keeping us satisfied longer.while these protein powders are BEYOND delicious, what’s most important to me is ingredients… it is nearly impossible to find a protein powder that isn’t full of ingredients that I choose not to put into my body. Equip solved that problem by creating this phenomenal protein with minimal and real ingredients! Tip: blend it with a frother or immersion blender for a deliciously creamy foam top coffee!!! It’s better than any coffee shop!!!

If digesting whey or pea protein is an issue for you, this is what you want. Since switching, I have had ZERO digestive issues (gas, bloating etc) My main concern was finding a grass fed high quality protein that tastes good. I bought the chocolate and it just tastes like a chocolate shake. NO other flavors. After reading the one star reviews, they are mostly about the congealed texture. This is 100% true. It contains beef collagen and why this happens. Use a blender and you may have to add liquid and keep shaking to get it right. It did take me back at first Lol but it’s normal and 100% worth it for absorption and easy digestion. And for some reason it’s cheaper here to subscribe than on the Equip website.

The chocolate tastes great in my coffee, and it’s not gritty. It does dissolve pretty well when I use my frother. It’s a little pricey, and I’ve tried a couple other brands to save money, but they were not nearly as good. One was Orgain, and the other was Primal Kitchen. I prefer this brand because of the flavor, the smoothness, and also the cleaner ingredients.

I've been using Prime Protein for over a year now and I'm obsessed. I used to cycle between protein powders because I didn't actually love any of them, but my cabinet is strictly filled with Equip's protein now. I love the quality of ingredients and I NEVER get bloated from it. I love to use the Salted Caramel in my coffee, Vanilla in smoothies, and make hot chocolate with the Chocolate flavor. Big fan and recommend it to my friends, family, and nutrition clients.

I'm a huge caramel fan, so I loved this flavor! Very smooth, high quality protein. I will say, the flavor is quite strong, so I ended up diluting it with a bit more liquid than I would normally use, but I didn't mind doing that. I loved combining this with chocolate, too!

The main good thing about this protein is the ingredients. I’m currently on Biphasic diet, and I’ve been missing my protein shakes a lot. Then, someone told me about this. This might be the only protein powder I can have on this diet. I used a shaker bottle the first day, and it was a little gritty and the bottom was a bit sludge-y. So, I used my blender the next day—much better! The flavor is decent. There is a bit of a chalky feel and there is an aftertaste of in your mouth (but what protein drink doesn’t do that?) Overall, I’m pleased to find a powder with such clean ingredients and I hope to maybe figure out a way to make some protein bars I can have (or at least not be eating not be eating eggs all the time while on this diet!)
