Infection Control and Management of Hazardous Materials for the Dental Team

After doing my dental assisting training on the job I started preparing for this test rather blindly. This book is VERY informative and when having conversations with girls that went to school for dental assisting, I had known things they didn't. It is very thorough. The wording is easy to understand and the publisher has a website with additional study resources as well as the answers to the chapter review questions and practice test. Highly recommend!

When I ordered the book I intended on it being NEW , because that is what the description read. The book has a sticker on it that says used-Good, that is not what I paid for.

Easy to read and study, especially since there's an online tool that goes along with the book.

Bought it for a class which was "required" for the course, and I didn't even crack this book. I'm sure the information is important but I was able to pass without the use of this text.

A terrific text book! For the RDH in the province of Ontario working on their professional portfolio, this is the book you need to assess your practice and get the most up to date data on infection control. I would recommend this book to any RDH that has been practicing for a few years and wants to make sure their knowledge on the topic is current. A well organized book with great critical thinking values.
