It came in full, very clean, new packaging. I’ve had the laptop for 2-3 months or so. It works great! I’m a college student currently so I make sure to not scratch it up in my bags. Somewhat scratch resistant, don’t push your luck with it. It is indeed touchscreen, I get to play small video games with my friends well like Among Us, or Don’t starve Together just fine. Wouldn’t recommend this computer AT ALL for hard gaming, like Apex Legends or CoD. Works great for day to day life work! I really enjoy the product. NOTE: Does not come with USB-C port, I recommend waiting for the Surface 4 if you would like a laptop with USB-C connection. You could buy the Doc that will allow for USB-C but I don’t think it’s worth to put another 200$ for the extra accessory when you could wait a little bit longer for the Surface 4 that will eventually come out.

My computer came in perfect condition but I couldn’t even get past the start up before having severe issues. Computer network drivers were messed up and improperly installed. Took it to a computer technician and said it was a piece of garbage and to return it. Very disappointed!!! Will be returning.

I've waited a couple of weeks so that I could live with it for a while. I really like how thin and light it is, making it a perfect travel companion. It is very strong and precisely made and it's sleekness and simple lines look nice. I know I'm easily amused but I'm impressed with how well the facial recognition works. It's performance is good but not as powerful as I had hoped it would be but it is more than adequate for my needs. One real strong point is it's battery life. I've gotten a little over 15 hours on a charge and it changes fully in around an hour. Although I've given up looking for an onboard blu ray deck anymore, A major complaint is that it only has a single usb port, zero sd card reader and no HDMI port. Even though it a solid state hard drive it just doesn't have enough storage. I have an external hard drive that works well with it ( as does my external blu ray reader/writer) but it eats up the only usb port. I can't understand why so little hard connectivity was included. All in all it is a very nice laptop but it probably wouldn't have been my first choice as there are better options available

This is by far the best computer I have ever purchased and the fastest. It is almost like it knows what I am going to search for before I type it in..that fast. Great for playing stocks. Love it!!

I find this product to be very easy to setup and navigate. Battery life lasts for days. Great purchase overall!

The first arrival has a problem with battery, and the replacement works great so far. Multilingual keyboard works but needs to take some getting used to…

Je suis très satisfait de ce portable. Il est très rapide et surtout, la reconnaissance faciale évite un "login" long chaque fois que le portable s'éteint. Je peux maintenant fermer le portable ou appuyer sur le bouton d'arrêt sans me dire que j'aurai à rouvrir une session qui prendra un certain temps. Cette option permet d'allonger la durée de temps de la batterie puisqu'on n'a plus de raison de laisser notre session ouverte. Quand vient le temps d'ouvrir la session, 3 secondes et hop, nous voilà de retour au même endroit ou nous l'avons laissé. J'ai mis 4 étoiles car au premier jour, "Black screen". Un bon test pour apprendre à réinitialiser le portable. Le temps d'attente est quand même bien, mais je compare à mon ancien portable qui date de 2014. Bref, un bon produit que je recommande et très efficace.
