Granddaughter loves it
We bought this for our 4 year old granddaughter. Now that she is home all day this has turned into one of her favorite activities.

A WONDERFUL BUILDING SET FOR CREATIVE PLAY!
I really love these magnetivity sets -- especially the ones with vehicles. The vehicle in this set is a Pizza Food Wagon that comes with 4 magnetic panels to complete the food truck. The stand-up people fit nicely into the slot at the inside front of the vehicle and also at the back of the vehicle. One weird thing in the set I received is that the opposite side of the panel with the open counter and awning is upside down when in place. So on the flip side I have an upside down cash register. I hope this is just a fluke. There are 5 square building tiles that have an inside scene on one side and an outside scene on the other. One of these 5 squares has a working door on it. There are two triangular half tiles that have floor patterns on one side and roofing patterns on the other side. Also included are two rectangular half squares -- again with the inside and outside themes on the tiles. There are a total of 4 stand-up people. Two are ready made and are glued to wood and have a stand. The other two are on the sheet of magnetic pieces. There are stands for them included in the box. The magnetic sheet also includes cooking utensils, clothes, food, cleaning tools, animals, signs and supplies. There is only one thing missing from this set -- something to stick the magnetic pieces to after play time. It wouldn't cost that much to add it to the set and would keep all the small magnetic pieces from getting lost. The set is so nice that I'm not going to subtract stars for this flaw. However, it is a flaw I feel should be fixed.I highly recommend this magnetic play set. It is my favorite magnetivity set because of the bright colors used and the yellow vehicle. I also like the pizza restaurant/food truck theme.

Sturdy, pizza and ice cream. Wish more tile pieces and less accessories
87 of the 105 pieces are just a sheet of thin flexible magnets to decorate with. They are calling them magnet accessories. I can already tell we will loose a good number of those. This set comes with a vehicle and magnetic tile sides and roof to complete the vehicle that are reversible. 2 year old keeps calling it a school bus and I can’t blame him it is a yellow bus- they should have picked a different color, as it’s a food truck. I also don’t think kids super young really grasp the concept of a food truck as easily as fire truck and school bus, etc. There’s two people. There’s a pizza parlor and an ice cream shop. Both 2.5 and 4.5 year old love these sets.My main hang up is that it never seems like these magnetivity sets have enough sides, roof, floor to build good sized structures. I think the intent is for more of an open faced play scene. My kids are also used to building with magnet tiles though so they usually want to make larger things with these. Luckily, the magnetivity line by Melissa and Doug has standard sized walls, floors, etc. so if you do collect or gift multiple sets you can then sort of mix and match and make larger scenes, cities, structures. This idea can get a little pricey though so depends on your budget. These are good for fine motor skills, engineering, imaginative play, and most of all screen free entertainment. Very pleased.Do wish they were slightly cheaper but they are good quality and sturdy so I feel like they will last through multiple kids and onto family hand me downs too.Overall I’d recommend it

Versatile, creative, well made
This toy is a surprise hit! When I ordered it I was on the fence about the replay-ability of the toy.Not to worry! The panels are two sided and have loads of images to stimulate creative play. They snap together easily and do not require the degree of finesse that I thought a small child might not have. You can make all manner of play spaces and configurations with them. You get two people who are permanent magnets, dark skinned if you care. We liked that. You get a big sheet of magnetic “stickers” that includes two more people that you can mount temporarily to free standing magnets. I do not understand why they did this and wish they were permanently mounted like the other two.NOTE: adults or older, patient children should be the ones to remove the magnets from the sheet. They require finessing to punch out without damaging the edges or images. The weak link in the design is the truck panels. They don't connect strongly enough to withstand even basic rolling around playing much less a 5-year old zooming them across the room, which is what most three year olds do with vehicles. As a vine reviewer, I had the opportunity to get three of these Magnetivity sets. Now that we have played with this one, i am sorry I didn't get the other two. They are creative, sturdy, fun and have HIGH replayability.

It depends, this was not a toy my kid spent long time on it.
The media could not be loaded. They are in good quality but they are like magnetic tiles with stickers. Without enough prices for basement, the vertical wall are easily fall down, which means your contribution would be fragile and easily fall over. Besides, maybe my daughter are not old enough for creating some stories with them, she is 3.7 years old, she only played on them for one hour then she was not interested on them. The building structure might not creative enough and it is monotonous.

Great toy to trigger imagination!
This is a really well made toy! The pieces snap together with magnets really well and they're quite sturdy. It came with a lot of small magnet props, so you just have to watch that your kids don't put them in their mouths. My son loves the theme of pizza & ice cream. Especially the food truck. I just wish the food truck roof somehow snapped on & kept the walls together better. It falls apart very easily when he tries to drive it or carry it around. I'm not sure if I'd pay $50 for these sets, but $25 seems more reasonable for what it is.
