I assume that the single flame last longer on a charg than the double?

I have a double flame lighter. It does not have a lot of "burn time" but it is sufficient.

It is normal in my experience. The battery is rather small - I’ve had larger arc lighters that drained pretty fast too. It’s not a perfect substitute for regular fluid, but it’s easier to travel with

How do you fill with butane? Says hole on bottom is charging light & to small to fit tip? I have double arc & no instructions- can’t fill = useless!?!

There is a hole in the bottom. The tip of my butane can fits inside it and charges it without any issues.

Can the battery be replaced? The description states the limit of how many charges the battery can take, but then do you throw it out?

The battery in our Zippo Arc lighter insert cannot be replaced. Rechargeable batteries, like all batteries, have a use life, and once that’s over, the battery can no longer hold a charge. Please do not throw out batteries. Rechargeable batteries should be recycled according to your countries regulations.
