Kiaitre Multi-Purpose Kitchen Scissors - Heavy Duty Kitchen Shears with Magnetic sheath and case, Come-apart Anti-rust Shears for Chicken/Poultry/Fish/Meat/Herbs

I was surprised on the quality of the scissors for the price. It feels heavy and well-made quality stainless. The scissor its razor sharp I almost cut my finger taking out of the box. This shear have array of extra functions such as a nut cracker, bottle openers, flathead screwdriver, a shearing knife, a peeler, I especially like the pull apart blades which you can use one side of shearing meat and make cleaning easier than my other shears I used. It also comes with a magnetic case to allow for easily storage on the fridge or a magnetic board. I think the only negative I see on this shear is that the blade does not extend to the handles and the opening is a little tight for my large finger. I will update this post in 2 to 3 months on the durability of this item.

These seem like a very decently made product. I've had not set up shoes from victorinox and I honestly don't see any problems between these and the victorinox. They seem well made and seem pretty sharp so far. I wish the magnetic holder was a little stronger as it doesn't seem to hold very well against a surface when you are pulling the shears in and out

The cheap, plasticky magnet is not strong enough to hold the weight of the scissors. The only reason I bought this item was so I could have shears in an easy, convenient location since I use them a lot. I thought there was a film over the magnet, because it was so weak, but there’s not. It can barely hold up the sheath, and when you put the scissors in, it slides all the way down the fridge. I also tried my dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc...Nothing! Cheap, China plastic. Check out the improper language in the 5 star reviews. Verified purchase? Give me a break.

Received this product to test. They're first and mainly scissors and do an excellent job of cutting. Can cut through a cold thick cut pork chop no problem. It's easy to take apart and clean and this also allows you to use its other functions. The knife cuts fine in a pinch but is not as good as a regular knife, this makes sense as this tool's main function is to cut and not slice. It comes in a magnetic hard case (presumably to place on your fridge or something) however, I found that the case did not hold the weight of the scissors and would slide down, something to consider if it matters to you, it doesn't to me. Overall, it's a solid scissor and that's fine by me.

I like the scissors overall, very sharp, easy to use and clean. The problem was, the handle broke after just a couple of months (the plastic handle just split in half one day), which was very sad, because I liked them.

These scissors have so many functions, I don’t know if I’ll ever get around to using them all! I have a lot of kitchen scissors and shears that’s I use for various purposes (one in my knife block for opening food packages and meat, one in a mag Eric sheath on my fridge for opening amazon packages, and another in my junk drawer. Now I have the Kiaitre shears and there are many features that I like better than my others. The grip and handle angle are very comfortable. They are sharp and have multiple blade functions. I also love that they easily come apart for washing. Overall I would recommend these over my other pairs.

I decided to try a step-up from dollar store kitchen scissors. While some of those may include a bottle opener and perhaps a nut cracker, this set features those plus a serrated edge and the ability to separate. The handles are comfortable. The separated parts can come in handy for quick mincing or chopping for peppers or onions.The only area of improvement I would recommend is the magnet on the case isn't powerful enough to hold these scissors on any metal surface in my kitchen so I'll probably toss the case, but the ability to separate the scissors for drying makes up for that for me. I'm always worried about residual poultry juices gumming up the joint on my kitchen scissors and the sticky slowdown of cutting that happens because of that over time... cleaning these scissors separated and allowing to dry separated alleviates that issue because I can clean all the surfaces including what's under the hinge.

Have used these for 6 months now. If you have large hands they fall apart during use. You can't use the full length of the blade due to the indent on the upper blade. Overall very disappointed with this product!
