Westin Feather & Down Pillow - Medium to Firm Support Feather and Down Pillow - Queen (20" x 30")

13 Month Update: I have been sleeping on down pillows for nearly 4 decades, and these are by far the best quality I've ever used. These have held up perfectly after a year. They still plump up immediately after sleeping & hold their shape very well. They are just as plush as when they came out of the bag and just as soft and supportive as when I slept on them the first time. I have had absolutely zero quill pokes and no feathers have ever escaped. Original Review: Two months ago I stayed at a Westin Hotel and have not been able to stop thinking about how light, fluffy and comfortable their down pillows were. I was delighted to learn they sell all the things in the rooms online. This is the first of several things I plan on purchasing. I am extremely happy. I like that the outer case is 100% cotton and that there is 50% down and 50% feathers. That’s a high down count. It holds its shape really well (so far) and is very light and fluffy. Will update review once I’ve used it and washed it. There is some evidence of feathers coming through just a little - and you can see the darker feathers through the case - but that seems for the par for a down pillow. They are pricy but I’ve purchased pricier ones from other brands that I ended up returning - the quality far surpasses the more expensive ones I’ve tried. Used one as a body pillow last night and had an amazing nights sleep - very comfortable.

These feather down pillows are everything I hoped for and more. They strike the perfect balance — plush and soft, yet supportive enough to keep my neck comfortable all night long. These pillows are like sleeping on a cloud. Keep in mind definitely not firm so if that is something you are looking for you won’t get it with these specific pillows. The brand might have more options, but I wasn’t given an option with these ones specifically when purchasing.

The pillow itself it’s nice, but it was advertise to be a medium to firm support pillow, and it’s definitely not… Way too soft, no neck support whatsoever, does not hold its shape or provide any support for back sleepers.

For a couple of years I've been searching for the right pillow at multiple stores, trying multiple fibers. I like a fluffy down pillow. And when we stay at hotels, which is multiple times each month, there's nothing like the Westin bed. The sheets, the pillows, it's all outstanding. So I finally broke down and made the purchase of a Westin pillow and I was really excited. For most of the other pillows I have bought in the past, they are in the $20-50 range. I thought if I bought the Westin pillow and invested $125, I would get what they have at the Westin. This is not at all what they have at the Westin, I stayed at one just two weeks ago and raved about the fluffiness of the down like pillows. This one arrived, and it's flat, less than 11/2 inches think. I tried sleeping on it for five nights and fluffing it up, it's not down / down-like at all, very flat and literally nothing like what they have at the hotel. It came in pretty packaging, but is not what they describe it as. They have no customer service, and I couldn't figure out if it was an error, the only solution was to return it, so that's what I'm doing. I love a Westin bed and pillow, this isn't it.

These are fabulous. I bit expensive but well worth it. We do have to replace ours about every 3 or 4 years but, considering the way they have to be made, it is understood.

Pillow is exactly what I used when I stayed in Hotel. Most comfortable, relaxing, forming to your sleep needs and fluffy right back to when purchased. Couldn't ask for a better pillow.
