Hayskill MS250 Carburetor for Sthil Carburetor for Stihl 021 023 025 MS210 MS230 MS 250 Chainsaw Carb Replace WT-286 with 1123 160 1650 Air Filter

I ordered this kit for the carburetor, but it is not a direct replacement -- it projects to the right side too far so that the cover can't be closed. I was able to use the fuel filter and line, plus I kept the spark plug and air filters.I ended up just cleaning and reusing the old carb.

This carburetor does not fit the model as stated, MS 250 C. The attached photo is the OEM carburetor. Item 1 is not on the replacement carburetor. Item 2 is the fuel mixture points and fit into a boot to allow access and keep dust out. The two screws for the mixture are not the right size and are too close together. The boot can not be reinstalled on the replacement. Very poor!

Although this carb is advertised as replacement for my MS210C Stihl saw, the adjustment for high a low speed are not in the correct positions. I has to cut some of the rubber bushings on the saw to be able to adjust the carb. The carb worked well after changing entry on saw for adjustments. good price

Carborator is not the same as original for my chainsaw. Only one hose input, mine has two.

Carb and kit are poor quality. The filter tabs break off so unusable. I did use the carb but the adjustment jets are different but still usable. The choke sticks on so I added one rap on the spring it seems to be working. The choke shaft is at a slightly different angle than the stock one. If you trying to keep an old saw running for a while, Then use these china parts. If its your main go to saw or a newer saw, get the ome parts.

For the price of the kit I was surprised but all parts fit and work well I use my chainsaw at least twice a month and it runs beautifully now.

Bought as a backup, so not sure of the carb yet. But the filters and caps are great. Can’t give 5 stars until I install the carb.
