Used to monitor my mother's weight for medication, easy to use and serves our needs.Heavy - may need 2 people to set up!

This scale is extremely heavy. I had to have some help getting it moved to where I needed it. Very easy to set up and very accurate. I use it as a wheelchair scale, the ramp is a little steep, but i was able to get up it unassisted.

It’s a little steep to get on, but with some help it’s great! Being able to weigh myself after being in a chair for 5 years, is so satisfying!!There isn’t anything to set up. We took it out of the box and plugged it in. It lifts up very easily and stores on the side of the washing machine.

I just bought it and am trying to set it up. I came with a teeny tiny print user manual for an industrial scale by the same manufacturer. That manual calls for a 50 lb weight for the calibration process. No contact info for the manufacturer, the seller is not the manufacturer and only directs you back to amazon, who can only tell you what you already know - no ability to contact anyone. I'm going to just plug it in and give it a try as that seems to be my only option. It is a highly rated scale and probably works great once you get it working.Update: Turns out all you need to do is turn it on - and maybe wait. I thought I had to wait to let it charge but when I came back the next day it still wasn't working. Then I found an "on-off" button on the bottom. It is the same color as the bottom and not very visible. I turned it on and the scale worked and seems to have the correct weight. At this point I am pleased with the product, but still unhappy with the difficulty regarding directions.

I bought this Wheel Chair scale to weigh my father each morning - so we can regulate his daily medicine.It was hard to find a "good one" as I wanted a digital one only that was "basic" - is one works perfectly, so far - only a week or so old, but just what I needed. Shipping was fast & price was reasonable - would recommend!

If I could write this product is zero I would. I am so heartbroken and disappointed I have MS and am in a wheelchair. I was put on a diet and the scale told me that I had lost 12 pounds in three months then told me a week later I gained 26lbs. then come to find out the scale has been broken this whole time and was never accurate. I cannot return this item because it’s after 30 days but I am so upset that it was not accurate and that I made no progress during this diet and even if I did there was no way of accurately knowing.

Purchased to assess my parent’s weight due to heart health. Product is easily stored on it’s side against my file cabinet. The wheels allow for easy movement to our foyer for easy access. I also use it now to weigh my Great Pry dog. Of over 100lbs.
