Looks truly amazing WHEN they work!
I bought FOUR of these, because they really look amazing, but the bulbs are terrible. Out of the 4 boxes I bought, 2 I used for back up, because I read the reviews. I don't know why they cannot get the bulbs to be more reliable, unacceptable since Christmas lights have been around, well, it seems like forever! Out of the box, the first two strands I plugged in, THREE of the bulbs stopped working immediately. I tapped them and they would come on again, only to go out again for good. Luckily I bought back up. The good news is, you can unscrew the bulb that doesn't work and screw in a working bulb from a different strand and it won't affect the whole row of lights. I bought these last year, and I just absolutely loved the look. They did last the whole season with only one on the end going out, but like other reviewers have said, the bulbs are just not trustworthy. The picture is from having them work for three nights so far. We'll see how they do after the first big rain storm. Fingers crossed!

Don’t use the plastic stake to make the hole, it will break
I’m not sure why these lights have so many bad reviews. They’re really beautiful. I have 3 sets connected and lighting my pathway. I had solar lights out before and they were terrible. These provide a warm, bright glow that looks classy. For the price, I couldn’t imagine anything better.I was very careful unpacking these and putting them together. Each bulb is wrapped in tight plastic and I didn’t want them to break so I was slow about the process. The bulbs are easy to fit into the stakes. Some people say these look cheap which caught me off guard. The stakes *are* flimsy, but just use something else to poke the hole where you want the light and nothing will break. Once they’re in, you don’t even notice them and they stay put. I’ve had my lights up and on a timer for over a month now and I’m so pleased.EDIT: Just wanted to mention that these lights held up through over a foot of snow. They still came on their timer every night. Seriously impressed. I’ve only had to replace one bulb. I now have 4 sets lining my path, 3 connected (max limit) and 1 seperate.

Light The Way!
Totally worth the money. I bought 4 sets to cover our long dark driveway... brighter and better than I expected. Took maybe one hour from start to finish to get all 4 sets attached and in the ground. Did it right after a heavy rain fall so the ground was very soft for the stakes to go in with absolutely no trouble. Not one broke =) I have them hooked up to an outdoor timer that turns them on and off at set times. First night so I'm not sure how long the bulbs will last, but if they last a month, I'm fine with that. Just so thrilled to find reasonable priced electrical outdoor pathway lights... that do NOT require a transmitter... just a regular outlit =) Very easy to connect the bulbs to the stakes... plug in... light the way!

They look really pretty on my driveway
They look really pretty on my driveway, but the second pack I bought the two light bulbs didn't. I was sent another one which was great because I had to change a couple more bulbs. One pack was great and the other not so much. Costumer service was great though!

Five Stars
These are great for lighting up a long sidewalk. A bit cheap in quality.
