These are great sewing machine needles. Use quite frequently

Bought to make a prom dress so all specialty fabrics. Worked well on bridal satin, lining and glitter tulle. Stayed sharp and no issues with sewing.

When you make heirloom garments with their very lightweight fabrics, a Microtex needle is the required needle to use in your machine. I have used Schmetz needles for a long time and have never been disappointed in them.

I prefer to use these needles whilst doing patchwork and quilting, lovely sharp point, tapered very finely, goes through various thicknesses of fabric. Because they are such fine needles they do break easily but once you know this you are more carefully and it does not become a problem.
