Does the job
Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Great reflective properties, good adhesion to painted metal surfaces.

works like stated but isn't all that great
The tape works as advertised. It has good reflectivity but only if an observer is looking directly along the path of a beam of light. I have tested it out and it is great if I place a flashlight next to my head or squat next to my car's headlights. It is not so great if I am elsewhere, such as sitting in the car. It does retain some reflectiveness in that scenario, which is better than nothing. However, it does not reflect if there are no sources of light somewhat near your line of sight.I bought this for my bicycle because I had seen photos of other people using it on their bikes. The photos were impressive but now I know it's because of the flash on the cameras being near the shutters. My opinion is that for bycicle safety at night, good lights are key. Reflective tape is OK but not completely dependable in situations such as a car with broken headlights, car coming at the wrong angle, ect. It is still somewhat useful on a bicycle, but I wouldn't recommend spending a lot of time making intricate patterns as I did on my spokes and other places. The tape has stuck onto my bike through a couple of drizzles but nothing more serious as I plan my outtings with the forecast in mind. The tape requires occasional cleaning to maintain reflectiveness if especially placed near the bicycle chains.I think this product would be more ideal for stationary objects or large objects that otherwise would have poor visibility at night without this product. I think some examples could be mailboxes or trailers, although I haven't tested it in such a way.

Not as good as lights but every little bit of effort counts for safety
When you look at my pictures, keep in mind that the lot was too well-lit and the automatic adjustments on the camera don't show how bright the reflection actually is in person. The 1st picture is with the tape. The 2nd picture is without the tape to compare. The 3rd picture shows how the tape looks in normal light.I traced over the Trek branding on the frame, cut it out on the reflective tape, and then taped over the original white lettering. If you look at the third picture, you can't even tell i did this in normal light because the reflective material makes the tape look white just like the original lettering. The tape was easy to work with and allows for a couple of "redo's" in case the alignment isn't perfect. Just make sure to not use full pressure and leave an edge up peel it back off so you can readjust if needed. It took a couple of tries to get the letters lined up and the tape didn't even crease anywhere. Once it's lined up the way you want you can use firm pressure to make it permanent but of course be careful not to create air bubbles. Once you use firm pressure don't even bother to try peeling it back off.I'm not sure how well this will hold up but i was planning to apply protective clear vinyl on the frame anyway to protect the paint from rock chips. For my bike i had a bit more than 3 inches of tape leftover so one roll was enough. I did cut the "T" in 2 parts just to conserve some tape.

Decent Reflective Tape
This is for the Red reflective tape. Easy to install. Sticks well even around curves, Its reflectiveness is average but it serves it purpose. If you want something more reflective get the 3M Micro Prismatic Sheeting Reflective Tape as is is much more reflective but it does cost more.

Bird deterrent for Mini 4 Pro drone
Stuck this red reflective on the DJI Mini 4 Pro drone as a bird deterrent. The width is almost like it was made specifically for this drone. Using a 3.25" strip on the top, and 1" strips for the prop arms I was able to maintain the sub 250g weight for the drone.

Not bad
I bought this as a supplement to the reflectors on my bicycle due to extensive night time riding. I wrapped some of this tape around my seat post. While it is quite sturdy and flexible, it's brightness leaves something to be desired. It only reflects direct bright light. I would say this is only suitable for use on something like a vehicle trailer, or perhaps road signage. I will say that when it does reflect, it is sickeningly bright, but in order for it do so so, it needs a very bright direct light.-M
