This unit is easy to use, though instructions don’t detail too much information. However, the instructions provide pretty good images of how to change batteries, how to use, etc., including instructions for inserting the lanyard into the back of the device. The the design of the lanyard holes on the back of the unit I am convinced is by Satan. We’ve all struggled with inserting those lanyard loops into devices, etc. before, but this was new for me-not one, but two tiny holes into which you had to navigate that loop that won’t stay closed are nightmare fuel. Sure, the first hole is the expected, but getting it into the second hole at all much more difficult, and forget being able to move it around as there’s only a tiny space taken up by the cord through which to navigate the end. I wound up using a tiny bit of elmer’s to adhere two tiny cords together, which worked. But if you try it, don’t use permanent glue or you’ll mess up the cord and possibly the odometer, only water soluble. And only a little. But other than that it’s a great value- odometer, lanyard, AND a carrying pouch are a great deal!

I wanted to have this available to quantify O2 sat for myself and family members in the event that we got sick. That way we could have a more quantitative measure of blood oxygenation and health other than 'I feel breathless'. Worked out of the box and everyone in the house was measured for benchmark purposes. we all measured between 96-98% which is within expected normal range. We cant compare sensitivity and accuracy with a hospital grade oximeter, but for comparison purposes, I think this is fine. We now know everyone's healthy baselines (in my house) so can make comparisons with those later, if needed. All in all I think that it works fine. Didn't specifically measure heart rate accuracy, but it seemed to be reasonably close. I would purchase again.

I ordered this for my 85 year old mother and had it sent straight to her house. She was able to install the batteries and use it immediately. We have only had it a few days, but she is taking it with her to her new pulmonary rehab classes and it seems to be accurate. It's great how you can change the direction of the readout so you can see it from any angle. The little case that comes with it is great too. I highly recommend it.

Overall, very intuitive and easy to use. Have had it for a while and no problems with durability so far. The biggest complaint/concern I have is how accurate the O2 saturation reading is, but I also realize this may be a problem in general with finger readers in general, even super expensive ones. I just try to keep track of a general trend to establish baseline and know if I start deviating from that. Otherwise, easy to use and price isn't too high (at least when I bought it - no idea what they cost now with COVID)

I found this item through a review site online that listed it as one of the best five oximeters. Given that the coronavirus pandemic is in full swing as I write, I wanted to get one for my husband, who has pulmonary problems and is thus susceptible to the virus. So far we show no symptoms of shortness of breath, but I have tested the monitor a few times. It's easy to use, has a clear read-out of both the percentage of oxygen your blood is holding but also your pulse. I was very pleased to find this in stock, as these things are in shortage these days. I have not used it for a long period, but so far I would certainly recommend it.

Having had asymptomatic Covid, I have no idea if I might have "Long Covid" or not, so I thought it might be worthwhile to monitor my blood oxygen levels at home. This one has very clear, easy-to-read numbers and it changes direction if you wish to read it from a different position. I haven't gone to a dr's office to compare its accuracy with theirs, so I only rated it 4-stars. I have no reason to doubt it, but I cannot say for sure at this time. Plus, it was a good bargain. Peace of mind very cheaply had.

I have been using the MIBEST OLED OXIMETER for 16 months. I probably use it on average 5x/week. I keep it on my desk and while working pop it on and within a minute I have an accurate SPO2 reading. This product has been perfect for me and it is reasonably priced on AMZN.COM. I strongly recommend it .

My doctor said it is a great brand. Heart rate indicator is spot on. O2 indicator seems to work just fine. Measured 100% for my wife, 97% for me - which agrees with results from our doctor (she is always a bit higher). I purposely hyperventilated and watched the O2 saturation go up.
