A Wonderful Invention.....100 Stars!
We hatched chicks the first round of hatching eggs. The Rcom King Suro 20 is worth every penny. It lets me spend more time enjoying my chicks and less time filling water reservoirs. It is very accurate and keeps the temperature and humidity levels exactly where I set them. Thank You for helping expand my family and for giving our baby chicks a great healthy start in life. I give it 🌟⭐🌟 💯💫💥💫

Not a new model pictures are not what you get!
This ad is incorrect the Incubator pictured isn't the model you will get. The model is orange and not darkened out like the picture depicts. It's not a new model. The box I got was bashed up looked like someone punted it across the dock, then into the truck, then the driver kicked onto my porch.

The pump works great if I need water but haven't needed it yet
I live in Florida and humidity is plentiful. I can't figure out how to lower the humidity. I suggest controlling the room but that's hard when you don't have AC and the rain is 1000%. The pump works great if I need water but haven't needed it yet. Everything else works great, I just thought it would turn slower than what it does.

Works great, thank you
We looked at a lot of different incubators and this one seemed to give you the most for your money. It's truly a setup and walk away for 15 days (give or so depending on the eggs you are hatching). It automatically turns them, controls the humidity and temperature. It's a little cranky sounding but not overly loud. Very satisfied with this incubator and look forward to hatching more eggs!! Definitely recommend.

Temp Reading isn't actual temperature at level of eggs
I used two calibrated thermometers placed at the mid-level of the eggs and the temperature was 3°F less than what the incubator setting was. This meant if I set the incubator to 99.5°F the temperature at the level of the eggs (ie., the shell temperature) would actually be a mere 96.5°F. This is the point at which chicken embryos fail to develop properly and begin dying. Any which do hatch hatch up to three days late, and may take an entire day or more to work themselves out of the egg and may have developmental issues. This happened to me. I had high fertility (80-100% depending on the mating) but high mortality between Day 8-14 on the first hatch, with a mere 42% hatch rate (I actually finished the last 5 days and remaining 6 eggs that were still alive under two broody hens). Two chicks failed to thrive within a few days. The second setting had even worse and earlier mortality. Out of 15 fertile eggs, many died before Day 8, others before Day 14, and only 8 hatched (53% hatch rate), and all were 2-3 days late. This was not my first time hatching eggs. I had used this incubator lightly 7 years before, with similarly poor hatch rates which I initially blamed on 4.7k foot elevation (low oxygen). But now I know why it was so bad. 7 years before then I had an analog Marsh Roll-X2 and had fantastic hatch rates.

Awesome once up and running.
Guys, have your wife present and assisting in reading the instructions. That's all I can say about that (you know how we hate reading the instructions). Otherwise, this thing is awesome once up and running.

This is a great incubator I put my first batch in and the incubator did great on the first day I put the humidity on 65% then on the second day I put it on 55% that's what people told me to do but the humidity went down in 30 minutes. I filled this incubator with chicken eggs and I got a19 to hatch out of 24 and the water system works great do not speed it up with screw driver the factory has it set just right I love this incubator I would recommend this to anyone thank you for reading this I hope it helped.
