I was so glad that I bought this an trainer before we have been ordered stay home. I can’t go to gym as usual this ab trainer keeps me fit while I WFH. It’s really to put together and very sturdy. The adjustable height allows you to find a comfortable position and do different exercises for different family members. It doesn’t take too much space and could be easily move from room to room. We really love it. Sometimes we also use it as a extra sitting when we are relaxing on the floor. Lastly, good for people who are looking for inexpensive well-made bench.

Really liked the simplicity and sturdiness of this. Was not too difficult to assemble. Works well for both me and my wife and is helping us get our tummies down. Scott

This was truly a waste of money. One of the selling points is that it is adjustable for different levels of angles to give you great variety in workout intensities. This is false as there are only 2 settings, upright and laying down. You either keep the pin in to sit upright or pull the pin out to lay down. In upright position the situps are definitely non effective. There is no lever to turn to adjust anything to intensify the situps. As far as th headrest, there are 3 levels for adjustment. Then there are the handles that continuously loosen up as you use them. So keep the wrench nearby to tighten after every use. Needless to say, invest your money on a different ab machine. I have another ab machine that is truly more effective in which my Dad is currently using. Guess I will have to invest more money to buy another one of those!

It’s easy to use and for someone who is beginner to do exercises it’s perfect very low resistance.but for people use to do serious work outs its to easy.if the company would provide with diferent settings for more resistance or ad more springs it would be perfect

Great tool for old people, just set on a bench so you don’t have to get on the floor, easier for old people!!

We both found this item to be Poorly Built - Would Never Stand The Test of Time. The handles bent the first time it was used. The one good thing was they took it back and issued a refund.
