PonarisNasal Emollient 1 oz (Pack of 6)

I have a cleft lip/palate so my nose is all screwed up too. I suffer from a really dry nose and used to get really large "scabs"/secretions in my nose. My ENT recommended that I use a Neil Med Ready Rinse (a really easy to use neti pot) to rinse my nose followed by these Ponaris drops. I was a little hesitant to buy this product - it's not available at any drugstores and only on-line. Additionally, the picture of an astronaut seemed really weird. But my nose stays hydrated all day and I can actually breathe again. Highly recommended.

I have a very dry nose. I use this daily and it keeps my nose very moist. In winter I use it twice. It takes a few uses to get used to the potency. But it is so worth it. Highly recommend.

Ponaris has become my nighttime lover. I suffer from dry sinuses and inflammation which makes having a good night sleep a challenge. An ENT mentioned that I try Ponaris. I have been using it for over 7 years now. It cools and moistens my nasal passages, bringing relief that allows me to sleep.Hint for how to use: Ponaris is an oil based product. Do not apply until you are ready to retire for the night. Lie down with your head slightly tilted back on the pillow. Pour 1/2 to 1 dropperful into each nostril. Lie still until it has soaked in or use a cotton ball to avoid it dripping out.

Works fine with nasal spray and is effective in keeping nose healthy and well lubricated without hassle or trouble with application.

This product works great for maintaining healthy sinuses. All you need is a couple drops per nostril. It says on the package that this product is no secret, but I found out about it from an ENT only a few years ago. It seems it was originally developed for astronauts to prevent the sinuses from drying out while away on missions. It works good here on Earth as it must in space.
