Husqvarna531300275 Xtreme Duty Work Gloves, Extra Large

I expected more from these gloves since they looked to be made for logging. I hauled a cord of wood to the truck with them and then unloaded the truck with them so far. The gloves could use more layers on the other fingers as my primary hands middle finger is starting to break through. Iv included some pics. Iv used other gloves on a lot more work then one cord and they do not have as much ware on them as these do.Update: After going to get a second cord of wood the middle finger poked through. These gloves are for gardeners and can not handleAny kind of normal work use. Waste of money! Go to Ace hardware and get a pair of their yellow work gloves as they last me months of ues and will protect your hands.

COME ON Husqvarna what are you thinking!!!Too little (if any) protection, Defiantly Not a work glove!! not even if your knitting...A log or tree limb will eat this weak material alive in a mater of a few uses. The Kevlar left hand protection wouldn't stop my pocket knife let alone a speeding chainsaw blade! And you have the audacity to charge $30 for this false sense of protection. How about we test a pair of these with your'e marketing personal's hand inside, not ours.On top of this, the stitching is not even or consistent. They do "look" nice, but we're not going to the prom we are using a high-speed saw looking for protection & durability!!I DO-NOT recommend these Husqvarna gloves....

These appear to be very well made gloves. However, be forewarned - they tend to run large. I usually wear a large glove but have been known to wear mediums on many occasions. In other words, my hand is on straddles medium and large. I ordered the large size and they are decidedly too large for my hand - so much so that I decided I couldn't even use them. A medium glove would have fit perfectly. I gave them to a friend rather than return them. If your hand straddles sizes like mine then you should order the smaller size.

Pretty decent gloves. I have mostly used them while cutting down trees and splitting. They only lasted about a month of weekend use until the ends of the fingers started to wear through. Makes it convenient to use a touch screen but not very practical!

Excellent craftsmanship and feel...which it better have for the price...worth the investment...but watch the sizing.I wear size large gloves in everything! Every leather work glove, cotton glove, latex glove...but my first pair of large in these had to go back to Lowe's because they were so oversized that I could not even try to make them work...and Lowe's didn't carry a medium at my store.This pair of "medium" fit well and not too tight across the palm and still separation left at the finger length. These fit me like a work glove should, so definitely consider going down a size even though it feels wrong to order a size less...if you don't you will be sending them back and doing it anyway

Very comfortable and is a great glove. I've yet to find a glove that a chainsaw won't rip into but these gloves make me feel a lot safer. It's to late to wish you had a better glove when you are out cutting firewood or clearing a lot and an accident happens. Go safe when dealing with a chainsaw. Comfortable fit, not overly pricey and protection from cuts, scraps and splinters. I am very happy with this purchase.

As some people have noticed, the left glove is intentionally beefier to be "cut resistant," not a mismatched pair.Seem decent enough, only odd thing was one glove had the label sewn inside, the other, on the outside. Such is the risk when you manufacture in Pakistan...

I bought these for use with my Stihl chainsaw. They do a great job with the saw but where they really shine is when you have to grab a tree branch, particularly the ones that have thorny vines on them or other sharp points. After using these for a day or two I accidentally sued my old work gloves and promptly stabbed myself in the thumb with a thorn. Never again.The fit is a bit snug around the wrist but there is plenty of room in the fingers. As I have used them I think the snug wrists have a benefit because they keep brush, thorns, weeds, etc. from scraping my wrist. I used the measuring guide to choose the size and it fits.

I'll just start this review by saying I bought these gloves for gardening. I had a lot of brambles, thorns etc. etc. to clear and I was looking for a pair of gloves I thought could handle this! All the other gardening gloves I have tried seem to let an amount of thorns through! These are absolutely brilliant! No thorns got through at all! I have since used them smashing up concrete and they seem to handle everything. Brilliant buy. One little thing, they are delivered from the States so take slightly longer to arrive, Well worth the extra couple of days wait.

These are the best work gloves I have ever owned. I have bought many gloves over the years for used in stone walling, landscape gardening and woodworking. My last pair have just got holes in a couple of fingers after 3 years of heavy use. They came from the States and arrived in 3 days. Buy 1 pair at a time or you will have to pay an import fee

I use these for gardening but only for when pruning roses. Haven’t had a single scratch or prick from the thorns so very pleased. Also the leather is supple enough that you don’t lose the ability to move your hands. Great quality

Too quality gloves. Follow the instructions others have given about ordering one pair from the US to get them very very cheap

Whilst I’m happy with the quality and just about happy with the fit -(bit wide and short) I’m not happy that the logo was black and not light blue like the picture. That don’t look the same therefore missold imho
