It is a good idea to take a B-Venom cap with B12 1000 mcg.
Good for the treatment of pain due to mild inflammation processes (arthritis for example), but in case of chronic arthritis you should look for other alternatives.

Did not post an accurate picture of back of product. Missing ingredient. Do not buy if you don’t want magnesium sterate in your supplements.
